Unfortunately I had to give this establishment two stars. The only reason I gave it the two stars that I did was because of the only two employees (Dutchess and Robert) that made this entire experience memorable in a good way. I arrived around 2:30 and placed several orders as I bought some kids that I mentor to come and eat and the kiosks were out of receipt paper, so when we went to the register to pay Dutchess greeted us with a smile and had an amazing temperament as she engaged...read full review
Great grandson wanted McDs so we went to the Huffman Mill Rd location. My experience once I got to the speaker to order. “Go ahead” I ordered. “$15…”
I pull to the pay window and hand my card. No verbal response. Drive to pick up window. No word. Wait for food. Waited on my drink. Still no words. Think they need some customer service lessons from CFA!!
This is McDonald's has got to be one of the slowest. It does not serve fast food fast!
