Horrible! Ordered a regular 8 piece online for pickup at curbside tonight, the young lady that brought out my food was very nice. Got home, opened my box to 4 burned biscuits and chicken that looked like it had been sitting. To make matters worse, I was given 2 breasts and the rest were thighs. Went back to the restaurant and the manager that responded through the drive thru was very rude. I told her what the issue was and her response was rude. Worst costumer service.Ordered on the app to pick up curbside.waited 15 minutes for.an employee to tell me I didn’t call,which makes no sense since I ordered curbside pickup.Then go inside to get my order every one ignored me,while my order sat on the counter.Then employee comes ,clearly has an attitude finally gives me my food.This was today 01/26/24 11:45 am.customer service. -0 rating
