This is the second time we went. The first time, I found the food kind salty and greasy. This time, everything was really good. The chicken was crunchy, my husband loved the pork chops, and I totally enjoyed the hot cinnamon apples (brown Betty maybe). It's casual dining done right.

Vegetarian options: They have salad.

Parking: Nice private meeting room.

I've always enjoyed going to occasions, however this past Friday was not a good example of their normally wonderful buffet. There must have been a different cook that day. Someone was very heavy handed on the sugar even in the green beans which are normally very well flavored and savory. The fish was fried too hard and not battered well. Service is always good, my waitress was handling the whole floor well pretty much by herself and was very attentive.

For the most part, the food was good. Really basic, I was expecting a more upscale soul food menu for a Sunday buffet. Nothing to get excited about, especially for the cost. Really expensive for what was offered. I have been here about 5-6 times over the years. Atmosphere is nicer, but very basic menu. Don't plan to return.

Fried chicken seasoning is awful. There is too much garlic. I can't taste the chicken for that horrible seasoning.

The Atmosphere is nice almost like the church fellowship dining hall. The waitress are on point always. The food is ok and the deserts are really good.

Pricy but a great place to meet up after church. I suppose everything is going up in price. Great food, staff is nice and because it is a buffet there is no waiting for food.

Parking: I usually park on the street near the church. It is one block away and people do not tend to know about the parking.

They did have some Kamala signs in their though ?
But the food made up for it!! ?

I moved here from Mississippi and we love our soul food. When I walked in and my friends had already made it there, I looked around and automatically said this "The Spot". That was even before I tasted the food. Let me tell you about the food. Baby when I say I have found my "The Spot", believe me. When left I was calling all my friend back in Mississippi and talking about it. Oh and don't let me forget the DJ omg, I started dancing to the buffet. Good food and music let me tell you OMG. Give it a try if you have not already. You can't go wrong .

A lunch two buffet is a little over 30. The food gives you a remainder of a k&w cafeteria so if you want all you can eat and decent food
