Very good food and the service is as good as it gets. Stopped here with my 90 year old mom and the staff seeing me headed to the door with a wheelchair very quickly got the door and made my mom feel very special the entire visit.
Decided to stop in during a buisness trip because the reviews were great. It did not disappoint! The smoked chicken is the juiciest I believe I have ever had (including my own) and the plates come with plenty of food. The price point is better than reasonable and even more like a steal. Visiting from Hawaii, and wow—this place blew me away! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the food was unforgettable. I had the pulled pork with grits, bacon, and BBQ beans—every bite was packed with flavor, and the sauces paired beautifully with the meat.
My wife ordered the half chicken with coleslaw and mac and cheese, and it was just as outstanding.
