I ordered the cherry chai latte with oat milk and no ice, but for some reason I was up charged $1 just because I asked for no ice. I’ve always ordered my drinks with no ice because I have sensitive teeth and I’ve never been up charged before. The lady at the register also had a poor attitude but the stars I did give is for the lovely guy making the drinks. He was very kind and very efficient. Excellent coffee with friendly employees and great atmosphere, haven't tried the food yet but heard it was good as well

The team, including Storm, Zac, Ethan, and Chris, are friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. They offer alternatives when ingredients are unavailable and remember customer preferences. Despite being a kiosk, they make the most of their resources.
