Wow. We just stood in line for like 5 minutes while the server ignored us glazing pies or cinnamon buns, just to turn around and tell us the fryers are down and cannot make fries or chicken.

I just have to give props to Hayley who just made my day with her warm and welcoming attitude. Her smile is infectious and so is her personality. If I lived in the area I would come back again and again just for the customer service. Keep up the great work Hayley! I’m sure I spelled your name wrong but now we are even, lol.

I drove up to the order board my friend with had already ordered from app she had forgotten and ordered 2 lg cokes instead of Coke Zero so when we pulled up to window the lady was holding cups and had not stayto do drinks so I explained to her we had made a mistake ordering wrong drank she goes over and checks order comes back face all mad well u ordered cokes I said I know but could u please sense u have not fix drinks do Coke Zero I thought she was going to blow up she handed the other younger girl the cup and said now they want Coke Zero you fix them,never was rude to anyone but I told the young girl to tell the blonda with glasses she needed to do something about her attitude drove off our food was cold fries hard just nasty so disappointed with it all.

They got my order wrong an it was not good I had chicken wrap i ask for ranch they gave me honey mustard only thing was good was curly fries and strawberry lemonade.. Definitely want go back
Best service and best food ever!!! Been to many Arby's but so far this one is my favorite. Their seasonal Mint shake is better than McDonald's shamrock shake. Will stop here again in my future travels

The dining and drive thru is empty for a reason! Very bad look for this establishment, customer service 0/10. Food has drastically changed for the worst as this was once a regular place I’ve eaten at.
