Terribly slow service in the drive thru. 20 minute + wait at the drive-through. Terrible attitude, terrible customer service. I sat at the drive-through with no one in front of me, I was at the speaker, for 20 minutes, constantly being told. Wait a few minutes. Wait a few minutes. Wait a few minutes. No reason as to why, no apology, no please. listen up general managers you get what you tolerate. If you refuse to let people go because of poor customer service, that’s all your customers will get. and to top it all off, they get the order completely wrong. Of course we don’t find out until we get all the way home.

Food was good had the chicken sandwich and service was fast, went back again and had the
Typical arbys, came as a quick stop while on a drive. The location was close to the interstate but they are far too busy for a quick stop, it took 48 minutes from start to finish to get food. But it was correct when we did get it so that was greatly appreciated.The road going in and leaving has heavy 18-wheeler traffic so if you are a timid driver use caution when choosing this location.We did not eat inside the restaurant.

Like I say when it comes to bad reviews, bad experiences if I could give them 0 stars I WOULD! This is the slowest Arby’s ever! Had to wait 15 minutes before ordering while at the speaker.. had to wait almost 5 minutes before someone came to the window. The tenders were chicken nuggets and were hard… After waiting so long the food wasn’t even fresh. The fries were hardly even warm. No steam coming from the bag or anything. It tasted like it was sitting under a hot lamp. service wasn’t the best.. management is just terrible. I wish we’d had tried our food before leaving so we could’ve gotten a refund. It’s a shame that that has to even be the case. I’m writing this review instead of going back to get my money back so anyone else can watch out and read this. This Arby’s isn’t as good as it used to be. Going very downhill..

I tried 5 times to order my food. Every time they said they could not hear me. Every time I raised my noice a notch and reordered.. on the 5th time I was almost yelling. Then the woman told me to stop yelling and to go to another restaurant. I told her I was yelling because she couldn't hear me. She started cussing me out so I left. Popeye's food is worth getting beat up over...Arby's is not
