I do not recommend this location. They need trained on customer service, including management. Too many issues with order not being correct. I order with the app sometimes and mostly go through the drive thru. When ordering through the app, I've been forgotten about once I get to the restaurant and checked in. I have been lied to by management and argued with. I've been told it doesn't matter how their people treat me because they are just happy to have a body working. Terrible service. If I didn't have kids, I wouldn't go there ever.

Ordered two meals one with diet drink and one with unsweetened tea. Made sure when we paid. Yes. Unsweetened tea. Asked again at pick up window. Yes unsweetened tea. Receipt says unsweetened tea. Get back on 85 N. Sweet tea!! Also. No napkins for two meals. Called to complain. No apology. Only stmt was that it was probably just an accident. Nope. It was poor service. Never again.

Would benefit to be 24 hours since Food Lion employees break for dinner late. The only place to get food for workers during the night is the deli at Exxon which does A LOT of business for those employees. Stopping at 11 really causes them to miss out on a lot of business.
