My family and I have been coming to this ice cream shop every time we come to the Outer Banks for vacation. We can whole-heartedly say that this is the number one best place for ice cream. From the outside, this shop is really nice. It has benches and a swing for you to be able to enjoy your ice cream outside. Inside the shop, you will see a decent selection of ice cream, and if you prefer, chocolate and/or vanilla frozen yogurt. The waffle cones are homemade and delicious. If you want to cool off, come to Cool Wave! ?
