The most AMAZING homemade breakfast goodies! Apple Uglies are soooooooo delicious!!!!!
Apple Uglies are as big as your face and the double-dipped donuts weigh about as much as your fat cat. The food is delicious and always fresh. You need to get there early enough to get the goods before they sell out. Careful in the parking lot - the space is tricky but, my goodness, the wait and the patience is worth every bit of it.

The (huge) apple uglies are delicious and fresh, as was the croissant breakfast sandwich! Well worth the drive!!!

Food was good. Coffee you have to make it yourself. Have several choices for breakfast items. Have bakery items like their famous apple uglies.Got 2 apple uglies for the first time; they are big enough to share. Get one and enjoy. They close at 11am. No inside seating just outside which can be challenging during summer season. They have an area that sells t-shirts and some cups.
Now comes the part I truly disliked to post about. Let me tell you, personally not a fan of posting negative reviews but sometimes they are necessary. We have a place down in Hatteras Island so we are here regularly. The girl at the register had the most unpleasant and rude attitude. Honestly if I have a choice next time wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend going unless you want the attitude early in the morning and before noon with your breakfast and coffee. The food sometimes as good or great it can be is not worth having the extra attitude as a side.

Lol. Big ugly apple fritter. Thats it. Mic drop. Do it without hesitation. One in the world like this bad boy. My God. Lasted us 3 days on our road trip and stayed soft the whole time. AMAZING !!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Do not be scared, order the apple uglies, you will be enchanted by them. Everything here is amazing, be sure to get here early. One of my favorite spots when staying in Avon to go to get breakfast for the family.
