The Boundary House Restaurant

I definitely recommend a reservation. Many people were waiting to get in and when we arrived they sat us at our table. The boundary house salad is always my favorite. Richard was our server and he was very prompt and courteous and gave us good suggestions. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great dinner at BoHo tonight. Ribs were small but delicious, salmon & shrimp were good, and house salad is a must. Skylar was a fabulous server. Tx!

One of our regular restaurants when we are in the area several times a year. Always good. We both enjoyed the crab cakes this time. Service was very satisfactory.

Had a great first visit, will def be back. We had the ribs, mahi-mahi and kids burger. All were fabulous. The mojito was off the chain great.

Food was great! Our waiter tried to keep up but was given a large party and we felt a little neglected.

Locals here….popped in around 2:00 on Valentines Day…it was packed! The service was incredible, just incredible, considering how hectic it was! Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful and accommodating! Thank you for always making it a great experience!

I would not recommend this restaurant. My wife and I went there Saturday night for dinner. We had eaten there in October 2023 using a gift card that a friend had given us. We used $90 of a $200 gift card that night. Our waiter returned without our gift card after we used it for that meal. When I questioned him he said that our receipts for the gift card and our dinner that night were all we needed. I questioned him again and he said that was the policy. After our waitress brought our bill on Saturday I gave her all the receipts that showed our remaining balance on the gift card. She informed us that the receipt only showed the last 4 digits of the card and she would need to get the restaurant manager involved. After a few minutes he came by and apologized and said we wouldn’t be able to pay without the gift card. He offered to get the general manager of the restaurant involved if we would wait. We said that we would. Our waitress returned to tell us that he had gone to one of the sister restaurants to speak with someone there. She asked if we would wait for him to come back. We agreed that we would. He returned 20 minutes later and informed us there was nothing he would do. I showed him the first receipt with the server’s name. He informed me that he no longer worked there and proceeded to make a veiled threat that he was now a police officer. My wife and I were not only embarrassed by the treatment we received, it was also a 45 minute drive from our home to eat there. I paid the bill with my credit card and we left. Within 10 minutes of leaving we got a call from the restaurant. The same general manager informed us that after checking further we did indeed have a $110 remaining balance on our gift card. There was no attempt to rectify the situation. There was no attempt to refund my credit card charge and take it from the gift card. It wasn’t until Monday when I called to demand a refund to my credit card that anything was done. I would advise against eating there based on how poorly they treated someone even after they knew that they had not handled the situation well.

The food and service was very good. Went with my whole family for my birthday.

Excellent service. Big shout out to Catlin for doing a great job. She is a delight and a big asset to Boundary House. Really enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner.

Dinner with my wife and 2 sons could have very easily been a completely different experience if not for the admirable level of professionalism displayed by the GM Rey Mikhail. The waitress was wonderfully efficient but the kitchen experienced a situation with my food order. Rey stepped in and turned a potentially negative outcome into an absolute pleasure with his professionalism and positive personality. I was completely disarmed of any ill will toward him or the staff. I will speak positively about our experience , staff , food and the professionalism of the General Manager , Rey Mikhail.
