Came here for the first time to celebrate my son’s birthday. My son was looking forward to getting the sombrero and being sang to.. like literally every Mexican restaurant does. Our waitress Elizabeth was rude and cold the whole time. Had to practically beg her to refill our drinks. I asked the lady who served chips (who was super sweet unlike Elizabeth) if they sang happy birthday she said yes we do that let me tell your waitress. It has taken over a hour to get our food.
Found a screw in my enchilada and all they could do is laugh. The manager didn’t even comp our meal. All she could say is that she checked with the kitchen and they said it was loose on the overhead.UNACCEPTABLE!! Health department will be called.
