This KFC allows my sisters food to be stolen tonight! JAMES Ervin and other management didn’t care at all. She spent $100 dollars to order food for her family. She went directly to KFC website and the store claimed a doordash driver came to get it and insisted she used door dash. Even though they had a receipt to prove that it was directly from the website and it was what they call quick pick up. Overcharged food not done and then other food we ordered was so dry you could use it as shoe leather or chicken pot pie had bones in it and it was mainly just crust and bones Customer service really sucks. We spent $35 for food that we cannot consume so we had to stop at Hardee’s and get dinner.
