“The staff, servers and supervisors all maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy toward the Marines and Sailors that dine in the facility. Even when greeted with hostility and disorderly conduct, the staff always maintains professionalism. It is my personal opinion that out of all the dining facilities aboard this institution, FC65 is, bu far, thr best when discussing cleanliness, good service, and most important personnel relations. - SSgt Miller, Abraham“

“I really appreciate this chow hall and every single worker here. Every single employee always puts on a smiling face and greets their customers with respect and genuine care. Compared to other chow halls we are super lucky to have them! They are quick to refill food when they run out, keep the place as clean as possible, and are fast at serving. One time I asked if they were out of chicken parm, and the woman said yes but when she realized they made more she looked for me in the chow hall and brought it to my table out of kindness. They’re awesome. I would have given five stars but there are flies sometimes.“

“This is not Camp Johnson, its Montford Point. I remember water survival instructor's school as well FROC school. It was a memorable dump back then. Old one story barracks....very depressing but memorable as a life changing experience with the corp. Why did they change the name? Most of Lejeune was constructed during WW II. The Montford Point barracks were uniquely different from the two story red brick barracks housing most of the Marines.“
“My office got together to break bread to celebrate the 248th Marine Corps at the MCAS New River Chowhall. Steak, lobster and all the sides you can think of.
Dietary restrictions: The chowhall lists all the information about the food being served.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome to eat with a qualified member.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for wheelchairs and the entryway is flat.“
