Tonight we ordered two pizzas an order of bread sticks and a personal pan with fries. The two stuff crust pizzas were so thin and the dough was a weird translucent pale yellow color. That to me means they were not cooked properly or the dough was old. They were chewy and frankly in edible. The bread sticks were not cut. Just straight from the pan to the bag. The only edible thing was my daughter’s personal pan and the fries. I did call. The lady that answered was very nice. She gave me a store credit on my account but to be honest. I will not probably never order from there again. Fifty dollars worth a pizza in the trash. Should have stuck to our go to pizza place. So sad.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star but had to give one to leave a review. Person answering phone was extremely rude and hung up on us several times. Food was delivered 90 minutes later than expected. Food was missing from order and arrived cold and inedible. Will never order from again. Don’t waste your money order from a different pizza place.

The woman working there was extremely rude. She wouldn’t give me her name but she’s blonde and in her 60’s probably. This happened on 07/12/2025 around 4/4:30pm.

Didnt look to be the staff's fault but I called and waited for 15 minutes to try to put an order in because the app wouldn't work. Who knows how long I would've waited I ended up pulling in and just ordering it there and waiting 15 minutes. Beats the point of being fast tho.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had, don’t bother trying to order delivery because it’s delivered through DoorDash and when the STORE gives the DASHER the wrong food, they blame DoorDash and you still won’t process your a refund. The store was rude and very unhelpful, had to pick up our food ourselves and be argued with what we did and didn’t receive. ( we got someone else’s ordered, sorry to whoever that is) And yet again, no refund. Go somewhere else lol

Pizza Hut has gotten so cheap they have skipped on quality and good food! There big dinner box has went from a great family meal with the delicious rectangle bread pizza to this garbage medium regular crust pizza. If I wanted frozen quality pizza I would have just gotten Di Giorno.
