We ordered Dinner for the kids at 7:59pm on 12/1/25 to make a long story short never got it tracking are order said 2 min a way then 5 min checked 20 min away. cheeked back 30 min 45 min away. then we looked one last time trying to see where it was know its 9:45pm and said 88 min away. never got are food no one answered the phone at that location. and no one would help.

I ordered what is shown in the photo below, pizza shows up and its a completely different order, I called the store, and they put me on hold and I was on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up called back and now I've been on hold for 30 minutes, husband's at work with the car, im stuck here with two hungry kids waiting on hold. Very upset, horrible customer service, this is the second time and there won't be a third.

Don't go....waste almost 20.00 for a medium pizza,that tasted like the cardboard box it came in . Ordered beef,and got 4 little crumbs on each piece,which again,no taste. This is the 2nd try, and the 2nd was just as bad as the 1st. If you like eating high pricred cardboard ,then this is the place to go,otherwise....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Tonight we ordered two pizzas an order of bread sticks and a personal pan with fries. The two stuff crust pizzas were so thin and the dough was a weird translucent pale yellow color. That to me means they were not cooked properly or the dough was old. They were chewy and frankly in edible. The bread sticks were not cut. Just straight from the pan to the bag. The only edible thing was my daughter’s personal pan and the fries. I did call. The lady that answered was very nice. She gave me a store credit on my account but to be honest. I will not probably never order from there again. Fifty dollars worth a pizza in the trash. Should have stuck to our go to pizza place. So sad.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star but had to give one to leave a review. Person answering phone was extremely rude and hung up on us several times. Food was delivered 90 minutes later than expected. Food was missing from order and arrived cold and inedible. Will never order from again. Don’t waste your money order from a different pizza place.
