Ivan was such a blast to work with! We sat down for a very fun tasting with our parents and were presented with an impressive spread. Ivan was flexible with our budget. I changed the menu several times and Ivan was always quick to help me figure out what would work with my budget. And he even helped me rebook for my wedding when we had to CANCEL it 3 days beforehand due to a hurricane! He did not have to do this, but they were so understanding and helpful. Dining Innovations!!! Is Amazing!!!Their food is amazing and Ivan is very responsive and accommodating. He created a delicious menu based on not only your tastes but your budget as well. Ivan Nazario-Zapata and all of his staff were amazing! Ivan is so much fun to work with and he truly cares about making your wedding day exactly what you want it to be. (We are sad our paths in life probably won't pass again.) From making sure the bride had her favorite fried pickles, to an elegant cheese and fruit spread, to the fabulous meal and mojito bar, everything was just as we dreamed.
