Ana & Santiago met up with our wedding planner to map out our rehearsal dinner venue for where they would set up/cook. since our venue did not have an oven this required some extra creativeness to make sure food was hott but Mikasa made it work for the space. More than made it work it was phenomenal!! Our overall experience was really fun and we didn't have to worry at all on the day of the rehearsal dinner. Ana made sure at our rehearsal dinner that the bride/groom (us) got to enjoy it as well by sending plates our way while socializing & always just a step behind us to dispose of anything lol We had several guests tell us that it was "the best food they've ever had". I loved that the bride and groom got their own special meals (We couldn’t choose from the delicious 2 options). As well as the guest getting 2 desserts which Gabby did amazing on! “Wow! Kim Lloyd, the owner at Celine and Co. impressed us from our very first meeting - Dec. 2020 when who knew what the next six months held. She was reasonable, flexible, managed to provide a tasting that month, and never failed to deliver what she promised. She ensured her staff were all vaccinated, worked out food arrangements with the band we hired, and provided the positive energy and service delivery beyond what we expected. She was available and responded quickly to questions or requests. She made very helpful suggestions and gave guidance for handling a multitude of issues from liquor to decor. In the end, we scheduled three separate occasions over a four day period - a family dinner at our home, the actual reception at her venue “The Hideaway”, and a Sunday “Brunch Before You Go” for our out of town friends and family. All three events were exceptional. The day of our wedding reception she and her Hideaway staff worked with us on a visit from my daughters, the florists set up and the band setup. That night the food was perfect and the staff easily accommodated various dietary restrictions -vegan, vegetarians, gluten free. Everyone raved about the food and decor. The initial phone call to discuss options, finalizing a proposal, and the event were all seamless and easy. Georgianna was so friendly. I felt like I had a friend helping plan the party. And most importantly they executed perfectly - the service and food were incredible. One of their staff sang a birthday serenade! One of the owners, Tony, was there and made sure everything was OK.

The food Cielo prepared for our wedding was simply outstanding. Numerous guests approached us during and after the event to rave about the cuisine, with many stating it was the finest they had ever tasted at a wedding. The lamb, salmon, fresh vegetables, lentils and grains were cooked to perfection, showcasing Cielo's culinary expertise. Much of this was done on an open grill in the pouring rain, it must be mentioned! The appetizers and cocktail hour spread were equally impressive, both in terms of taste and presentation.

“Ivan was such a blast to work with! We sat down for a very fun tasting with our parents and were presented with an impressive spread. Ivan was flexible with our budget. I changed the menu several times and Ivan was always quick to help me figure out what would work with my budget. And he even helped me rebook for my wedding when we had to CANCEL it 3 days beforehand due to a hurricane! He did not have to do this, but they were so understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend them due to they professionalism and creativity. 5 stars! Great food!“
