Our company provides staff (mainly bar services) for Chef Michael's catering on a fairly regular basis. I wanted to post this review to say, we love working with them! We have several regular crew that work with them and all have positive things to say. Judy and Michael are both super kind and respectful of our crew.
Chef Michael and his team were outstanding! First, the food was delicious! It was so nice to hear everyone talk about how good the food was. From the start, he was always very responsive, personable, and accommodating. As a caterer, they went above and beyond and functioned as hosts/hostesses of the wedding; I just can't say enough good things...I could go on and on. I highly recommend them! My daughter's wedding turned out beautifully! Thank you Chef Michael! Thank you so much!!

Chef Michael's catered a superbowl party for us with a BBQ dinner for 9 people. Was delivered exactly on time and food quality was excellent. Pulled pork, squash casserole and carrot cake were all big hits. Would certainly use again if vacationing in the Asheville area.
