Chef Michael's catered a superbowl party for us with a BBQ dinner for 9 people. Was delivered exactly on time and food quality was excellent. Pulled pork, squash casserole and carrot cake were all big hits. Would certainly use again if vacationing in the Asheville area.

Our company provides staff (mainly bar services) for Chef Michael's catering on a fairly regular basis. I wanted to post this review to say, we love working with them! We have several regular crew that work with them and all have positive things to say. Judy and Michael are both super kind and respectful of our crew.

Granddaughters wedding they never showed up for the tasting. The night before they send an text saying they had to cancel as they had only received the down-payment even though they had agreed to receive cash the day of. When offered to pay right there and then she claims she was sick and still wanted to cancel after telling them we have plenty of family just give up whatever you bought and we would prepare it ourselves they sent a text saying they would be there. A little bit ofbut stress that no one really needed they did cook meal but it was only so so the veggies was more peppers than anything never again and our wedding planner didn't even try to nake excuses for them and she mentioned she would never use them. Poor business

Chef Michael and his team were outstanding! First, the food was delicious! It was so nice to hear everyone talk about how good the food was. From the start, he was always very responsive, personable, and accommodating. As a caterer, they went above and beyond and functioned as hosts/hostesses of the wedding; I just can't say enough good things...I could go on and on. I highly recommend them! My daughter's wedding turned out beautifully! Thank you Chef Michael! Thank you so much!!

I had a celebration of life to honor the passing of my wonderful husband. It was held at The Meadows aka The Blake House. The food was scrumptious, even the children enjoyed it. I could not have put it together without the help from Judy. She took so much off my shoulders including arranging for a bartender to handle the drinks, flowers and so much more…..and the event went seamlessly. This historic house was absolutely charming. With heartfelt appreciation to Judy and Chef Michael!Note: I wanted to correct that the historic house is The Meadows and “not” the Blake House. Again, I highly recommend Chef Michael and Judy!

I can’t say enough good things about Chef Michael’s Catering. They were the first to respond to my inquiry about a special delivered meal for Mom’s 65th birthday dinner. Judy was patient, informative, and helped me select the perfect meal for adults and for the children. All fees were thoroughly explained and they even delivered the meal to our VRBO home, and early. We were able to feed our group of 20 with an elevated dinner and there were plenty of leftovers. In the post-Covid world where it seems like customer service has gone out the window, this catering company shines bright and continues to deliver reasonable prices and delicious food (ribeyes, chicken, vegetables, salad, potatoes and peach tea). If we’re staying in the area again, this will be our first choice for a catered meal.
Holy Cow!! The food was down right AMAZING!???????? I was looking for a catered meal for Chrismtas with my family. Everyone LOVED the Roasted Chicken, corn and garlic potatoes. ABSOLUTE 12 OUT OF 10!!They were able to fit me in during a busy holiday season. Pricing was very fair. Will most certainly use them again. Thank you Chef Michael and Family! MERRY CHRISTMAS ????????
