If I could give Kim and her crew 10 stars I would. We hired her for my daughter's wedding at the Vineyards at Betty's Creek in November. Her staff was amazing and so professional. Kim took total control when arriving at the venue and even compensated for our day of coordinator's lack of knowledge. We knew we were in great hands. Everything was perfect. I loved working with this catering team. They took care of our clients incredibly, had tons of options for all kinds of eating needs, and were just incredible people making incredible dishes.

We went to a wedding at The Ridge in Marshall, NC. The food was phenomenal ! From the passed hors d'oeuvre to the buffet dinner, it was artistic and delicious. A WOW. The servers were wonderful, too.
