We did the Asheville drag brunch pageant/dinner last Friday evening where Celine and company catered. We try contacting Celine and company catering to find out what the menu would be and we got a response that they were to busy and would plan the menu the day before. We ended up having 2 options a green and a brown curry which they called build your on rice bowl. They tasted very similar and not what we would want to eat that late in the evening There was also an overly dressed not so fresh salad , bread and the densest red velvet cup cake I have ever tried to eat

If I could give Kim and her crew 10 stars I would. We hired her for my daughter's wedding at the Vineyards at Betty's Creek in November. Her staff was amazing and so professional. Kim took total control when arriving at the venue and even compensated for our day of coordinator's lack of knowledge. We knew we were in great hands. Everything was perfect. The food was outstanding and guests were talking about it long after the wedding. Such a perfect experience. Don't look anywhere else.

Really disappointed in the whole process. We had an initial call with Kim and really felt like we hit it off. She listened to us and threw in ideas we loved and we were very excited. She told us she would get us the quote next day. We didn't hear anything for 4 days and then we reached out again. She told us she was sick and would get back first thing the next morning. 2 more days went by and we ended up calling the office. Her co worker let us know she was in a meeting and she would relay the message. We got an email later that night stating that we were important to her and she would give us our quote first thing the next morning. Needless to say, its been now 2.5 weeks and we haven't heard back at all. We ended up going with another caterer and we were really disappointed in her lack of response and how unimportant we felt to Kim.

We went to a wedding at The Ridge in Marshall, NC. The food was phenomenal ! From the passed hors d'oeuvre to the buffet dinner, it was artistic and delicious. A WOW. The servers were wonderful, too.

Kim & the team at Celine & Co are truly fantastic people (and of course chefs)! We had such an incredible selection of food for our wedding reception, prepared thoughtfully by Celine & Co. Kim worked with me to craft a menu that would delight all of our guests, inclusive of those with dietary restrictions. We heard nothing but praise during the reception on the quality of the food and staff. Kim even made sure we left with a goodie bag of all of our meals at the end of the night - her thoughtfulness is incredible and everything you hope to find in a wedding vendor. The food was incredible and so thoughtfully prepared, the service was impeccable, and the space made everyone ooooooh and ahhhhhh as soon as they walked in (including me!). From the beginning, Kim listened to what we wanted, including a strict budget, and went above and beyond to exceed our (already very high) expectations. Communication was great, and all my questions were answered in a timely manner with her characteristic and adorable southern charm. We cannot even begin to describe the wonderful experience we had with Kim and her staff. We hosted a rehearsal dinner / welcome party at The Hideaway.. The. venue was so lovely and the food and desserts were over the top.. I never expected the food to be so delicious! Our friends and family are still taking about it. Kim and her staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating to me . They let me come a day early to decorate and add personal touches. She has the most beautiful vintage dishes..The next day her company catered my son’s wedding at Chestnut Ridge. My son and my new daughter-in-law wanted an Italian buffet and Kim and her staff prepared a fabulous meal. My husband’s family is Italian and they were so complimentary of Kim’s delicious dinner and wonderful passed hors d’oeuvres. I really cannot say enough about the food and how wonderful Kim and her staff were. They felt like family when we left them. I highly recommend Celine and Co. for any event or catering needs.
