New phone ordering system is way less convenient than before.
Literally 30 seconds after placing an online order, my husband called asking if he could change one thing in the pizza. Had they just said it was too late, it was already made in a polite way, we totally would have understood. Instead, the manager because insane rude and hostile, yelling at my husband about how people try to call and change they're order and it's so ridiculous, bla bla.
