Stopped here while traveling through the area. Tried the new barbecue brisket sandwich, and although it tasted good, whoever made it made a huge mess of it. My husband went inside to get it, and carried it outside in the bag, and when I opened the box, there was barbecue sauce all over the inside of the box which made the bun a sticky mess. Also, the fried onions were mainly in the box instead of on the sandwich. The potato cakes were nice and hot and fresh, so that helped a bit. The sandwich tasted fine, but was very hard to eat because it was such a mess.

If you want a great chicken sandwich ( like Chick-fil-A) Arby's has a great chicken sandwich.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I just got off work from an extremely stressful day and was on the verge of tears. The young man who waited on me was soooo friendly and pleasant! The food was great! Sometimes you've had a rough day and just need someone to be nice! Thank you sooo much for the great service and awesome food!

Nastiest hardees bathroom ever. Wish I’d gone in there before I ate so I wouldn’t have ordered.

The nicest employees anywhere. Order is always correct and fresh.
We were headed home from vacation and stopped in for supper. I will say it appeared clean until I took my granddaughter to the bathroom and coming out our shoes were practically sticking to the floor. Myself and our two grands sat down while my husband waited for the food from the rude lady at checkout. I believe her name was Mona. In the meantime a drink was spilled in the floor at our table and my grandson went up front and told them and no one ever came to mop it up, which I guess explains the sticky floor. When we received our food it was all cold and the chicken nuggets looked disgusting. We had ordered two kids meals and only one had a toy in it. I went up front to ask about it and there were other customers complaining about the service. When Mona acknowledged me I explained what I needed and her response was she knew she only put one in because she ran out and didn't have time to go back and get another one. I asked her to make time and she came back and just threw one at the counter and walked away. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at an Arby's

Nasty and slow
If you like your food touch by bare hands, no gloves and they don't wash their hands then you'll love eating here, if no don't come and eat here, first and last time coming here, I ask if they wear gloves the guy said they do, but not one was wearing them, the guy touching our food was on his phone before he put the the tenders in the container.
Made a pit stop at this Arby’s passing through on our way home to Charlotte. Staff were so friendly! Clean and well kept dining room to get out and stretch out legs. Food was prepared fast and hot!
Okay as I'm driving back to Arby's from my house for the fifth time in the past month and a half I just have finally found it necessary to get on here. Listen I understand orders get mixed up sometimes but for the 5th time this is absolutely absurd. Why I haven't learned my lesson to check I don't know. But come on people try to get things right. Thank you
I got food poisoning from here. I was severely cramping with cold sweats and diarrhea. That went on for a good 30 minutes and I was to the point of going to the hospital, but luckily the symptoms slowed down.
I went through the drive thru and ordered two cheddar roast beef sandwiches. They were lukewarm. The sandwiches were slopply put together (not wrapped up good and loose meat in the bag) I noticed they had a funny taste to them (but I was so hungry and I thought it was because they was lukewarm) and by the time I bit into the second sandwich I decided to throw it away.
I called the hospital the following day and asked if they had people coming in for food poisoning but no one working in the ER that weekend was there to confirm when I called.
