We tend to arrive early for lunch and have minimal trouble getting seated and quickly served. The place always fills up by the noon hour and seating is tighter. The server staff have always been friendly and attentive. The choices in smash burgers are many. My new favorite is the Bernice that has just the right amount of A1 sauce applied. Along with onion rings and the Chipotle dipping sauce, this is a fine and filling meal. My only minor complaint is the too loud sound system...read full review

This is our go to burger joint when we do not feel like cooking, but want a cooked to order meal ! Prefer the Canton location to the Waynesville,I send everyone to Furmans, I got nothing but love ❤️ Keep it up !

I enjoyed the location and staff was great. Except where we sat at the bar we looked directly into the kitchen and was very disappointed in the lack of food safety preformed by one of the chefs. No gloves, going from handling raw food to ready to eat food without washing hands.
