Yesterday was my birthday and my gf got me the most delicious cake from here!! The management at this location is amazing!!! Thanks Canton DQ!

I got Dairy Queen doordashed to me on the 12th of June and I spent $30 for two blizzards and some cheese curds and when I got the blizzards, they weren't even half-filled and it almost looked like they'd been eaten out of. I'm sure they probably weren't but they weren't even half full and to pay $30 for two half full blizzards and cheese cards is absolutely insane. And I don't blame doordash, I blame Dairy queen. Doordash is only delivering what they are handed. I will be telling everyone I know not to come there and this is the second time I͏'v͏e͏ told you about it and you have not even offered to make it right so I will be probably taking it to higher powers. I gave you all the chance to make it right and apparently y'all don't want to. So I will be taking it to the powers that be. I used to work at Dairy Queen so I know the standards. And this was way below Dairy Queen standards and as far as I know I will never get food there again and I will make sure everybody I know doesn't either. I will go to Yelp I will go to wherever I have to go to keep people from coming there until you make it right with me. Without most definitely be going to corporate above all.

Don't waste your time or money! Despite no customers, we waited 15 minutes or more for (2) 4 piece bbq strips that I'm pretty sure were from Walmart frozen section smothered in sauce but were barely warm, fries were cold and cokes had no ice and were flat. I'm guessing they were poured from a 2 liter. Sadly they didn't even have the common sense to grab ice from the gas station they're connected to.

The girl with the bright red hair was extremely rude and annoyed at the fact that we ordered food. Thanks to her, we was not able to get all of our kids food. We literally just asked for 3 chicken tenders and was told no. So we left and she slammed the door closer and locked it behind us! Mind you this was 45 minutes before closing. We have been coming to this Dairy Queen for as long as I can remember even as a kid. We will not be back thanks to this extremely mean and rude employee.

I was on my way to Asheville, and this location is somewhat on the way so I stopped here for lunch. You have to take an exit and go a little down the road to get to it, and getting back on the road to go towards Asheville is pretty easy. I ordered a 4-piece chicken strip basket with cheese curds as my side, and ranch as the dipping sauce. I had my own drink so I did not order a drink. I ordered using the app and then went inside to let the workers know that I had placed an order. When I entered, there were only a couple of workers, and they were in the back. It took a couple of minutes for them to see that I was waiting (which is fine, they are busy doing their job,) and then my food was given to me. The food was pretty average. The chicken felt a little old and dry, but they were revived a little bit with the sauce. The cheese curds felt like they had been dropped recently so they were hot. The marinara sauce that comes with the cheese curds is good, too. Overall, I had a decent experience here and I appreciated that I was able to get my lunch here.
