I don't think they can help it. It just needs to be shut down. It's perfect place for a little hillbilly tobacco mart. It can keep current employees and save them from driving. Turn off the ovens. Turn off the lights. Lock the doors.

Every time we order pizza something is wrong. Usually it's getting extra cheese and very little or no sauce when ordering light cheese and extra sauce. Ordered tonight and my pizza was missing the main toppings and it only had the 1 topping I added on extra. (I ordered a Memphis bbq chicken pizza and added bacon, recieved a bacon and BBQ sauce pizza) Called they said they would remake and redeliever but it's been over 2 hours and nothing.

Desided to call Domino's for a delivery. Who shuns a delivery when you're open. Canton Domino's is the worst of all. Over the last 5 years, this place has gone downhill. My last order got delivered to my neighbors house. Called Dominoes after i got a text telling me my pizza was on the book shelf on my porch. I dont have a bookshelf on my porch. Now, 4 months later, im on the phone for a delivery. i got an answer the first time, but the cashier was new and lost. He told me the manager was outside. So i said I'll call back in 5 minutes. After numerous times of calling and on hold, he finally answered me. He tells me it's going to be a while. There were 7 orders ahead. Im done with this pizza company. It may be better than the hut, but it's still not that good to be this angry about bad management.

Tried ordering from this Domino's about 4 months ago. Waited two hours to watch my pizza apparently get driven all over the county, but never deliver to me. Called the store, was hung up on twice before I finally got them to answer by pretending I was putting in a new pizza order. Person who ordered was rude, had no idea when my pizza would be delivered, and had no answer for what I was supposed to do when my pizza delivered cold. Asked to cancel, was told ok and hung up on. Did receive refund.Fast forward to today 1/16/24. Decided to give them a second chance. Put in a full order for whole family at 5pm. Was told 28-38 minutes to deliver. Pizza was baked right away, done and in quality check at 5:19. Called at 6, was told I did not have an order, then that I had not chosen delivery (checked, was charged the $3.99 delivery fee). Then, finally that order was going out shortly, they were waiting for a driver.Called again at 6:25, order still showing as sitting at store. Same incredibly rude man answered, showed little caring and no compassion for the issue. When I asked if my pizza and pasta was going to be hot, I was told they made sure they were and that they would be to me in five minutes. When I asked what the issue was, I could hear the manager in the background say just hang up, and CLICK.Tracker finally showed pizza moving, and then showed the delivery driver make two further stops before finally bringing my order to me. When driver arrived, pizza was ice cold, pasta was cold with barely any chicken (chicken alfredo), bread bites were ice cold and hard as rocks. To further rub the salt in, the driver was with a second domino's employee. Two drivers to deliver in one car, but they are waiting over an hour to send out pizzas while waiting on a driver?A horrible experience, not worth the time or the cold, gross food that we had to mainly throw away.

The 1 is only way have to choose and post this! It should be a -10 ! This was horrible! I don't normally do this or complain but absolutely uncalled for! Salad is rotten and soaking wet, not even half full salad bowl! And visually obvious when pulled! Even at $6.99 that's sorry! pizza cold as cold set pizza get! And I want my $$ back at least!

The food quality is never great. I no longer go in store bcuz they are either rude or the big chested one is always acting promiscuous. But this last order took the cake. They took 2 and a half hours to deliver!!!!

I ordered a pizza from here for delivery. It had a 20 minute delivery estimate after an hour and a half no pizza. called the store Waited another 20 minutes on hold finally got a hold of the manager Rachel who said my pizza was made 15-20 minutes ago, But would not be delivered until the delivery driver got back from the last delivery and then be sent out. I asked her to cancel my order, which she did. no composition. barely an apology. She said she just got there.Great service.

I placed my order online for delivery at 8:10pm. Around 8:20pm the tracker said Hannah was preparing my food. About 30 minutes later the tracker said my food had been baked and was being quality checked. Another 20 minutes passed and still no delivery. Checked the tracker again and it said that my order was being prepared again this time by Michael. At 9:20pm the tracker said it was once again being quality checked. By 9:40pm I still had no food and I called the restaurant at 9:42pm and spoke with a woman and explained all of the above. She said my order was out for delivery. Order finally arrived around 9:55pm, however my salad was missing. The driver said he would go back and get it and bring it back. The two pizzas I received were cold and honestly looked worse than a frozen pizza I could have bought at the store for way less money. It has been over two hours since I started my order and I still do not have all of it. I will be reporting this to the report a problem link on the app.
