I was a little disappointed in my chicken today.KFC has always been the best in my opinion.But today, Dec 12th, the chicken was chewy, and it lacked the special spices I love so much.Someone wasn't following the colonels recipe.2 wraps and 8 nuggets.

The chicken was so salty I couldn't eat it and for a 3 piece and a big hefty price I would think you would get 2 sides instead of one. Too expensive for what you get and couldn't even eat it. I'm not going back.

Very busy when we stopped by but the young man at the register was quick to take our order and they got our food out fairly quick. Order was fresh and accurate, tables and floor needed some attention but nothing bad just a busy time of day and a short staff.

There are numerous reasons for the 1 star but the problem that stood out the worst was that the bathroom was dirty and the women's toilet didn't even flush. It was BROKEN. Not secured to the floor, the handle wasn't attached to the plunger inside the tank it was just floating there. So I had to lift the tank lid and pull the stopper to flush the toilet. When I mentioned the toilet not working I got a shrug back.Oh, and hope you don't use a wheelchair chair, you're not getting in. The walkway is caved in and if you try to use it you'll get hurt .Wheelchair accessibility: It's not. At all. From the walkway in to the door to the bathroom...
Very sad!! I ordered in drive thru, the girl was sweet and polite i added 2 apple turnovers and she told me it was 5 minutes to please pull up and they would bring it out however she didn’t give me a receipt. Waited outside up front in my car for about 15 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt as they started to pick up as people were coming in. still nothing. Went inside and waited ANOTHER 30 minutes with hardly any acknowledgment. I literally had to yell to the manager and the poor girl who took my order that i would like a refund as they were working on more drive thru orders. It took the Manager 15 more minutes to come up and give me a refund. As everyone else then wanted a refund as well, waiting inside for 30 minutes as other drive thru orders were getting took care of. Never ever going back to this establishment.

We all got the kfc famous bowls.. can't go wrong with those! They changed the chicken in them.. I believe to the new chicken nuggets... but was still good and hit the spot. The only thing I would complain about is their drive thru accuracy. They always seem to leave something out...
