Popeyes is a very nostalgic fast food joint for me, and this Popeyes in Canton has managed to butcher my food every time I’ve gone. There aren’t very many Popeyes locations around here so I continue to give this location a chance and I’m disappointed every single time. I almost got back in my car and took my food back this time because the chicken was SO dry it was almost not edible. I really hope the Popeyes around here get it together before they lose a super long term customer, and I switch to ordering from Bojangles!! At least Bojangles has consistent mediocre fried chicken, instead of awful fried chicken every time.

I paid $10.76 for a chicken sandwich and the smallest order of fries. I've ever seen, they were ice cold. Also, 16 pcs of TINY chicken was $34.79. Popeyes prices are INSAIN. The drive threw attendant had more metal spikes and spears in her face than Pinhead.Not at all friendly, and definitely an LB GTO member.

I went through drive thru and was told if we wanted fresh chicken it would take 12 minutes. I agreed and pulled around to wait. 30 minutes later I walked in and asked for my food. They hurried around putting it all together and just sat the bag on the counter without saying thank you or sorry. Bad customer service.

We came in and it took a few minutes to order. And when we got our food someone I am assuming in charge reprimanded the staff so loud that we could hear it throughout the restaurant. And they would not quiet down or let it go. Made it uncomfortable for us to be in there. In leadership you can make a point to your staff without being super loud about it. It doesn’t take shouting to make a point.
