The Canton Starbucks drip coffee is not hot, It's luke warm, And it doesn't taste good! You would think with all the money that starbucks makes, That they would have a decanter, That kept things hot! Lukewarm coffee sucks, Especially when you pay almost four dollars for a twenty oz cup. It just seems like you guys would want your coffee to be hot, Not almost cold.

Alexis is a super star! Excellent care and service every visit. There will be a line full and Alexis treats you as you're the only customer there. She provides service with a smile and also makes the best cup of coffee. This is a great crew at this location. Looking forward to my next visit already.

I had a guy dressed as a female and I am very polite and I always use sir and mam... whether they are older or younger than me. Well he resented the fact that I called him sir and acted as if I was being rude. I'm just a realist and I quit playing make believe around the age of 8. I'll never go back to that Starbucks on Merrimon Ave in Asheville NC ever again!

Went to Canton, NC the Frappuccino was lousy. Half was whipped cream if I'm going to pay for a large one I expect to get one. Second time it's happened this location.

They get the first star because the food came out correctly. The second star because I’ve been in the service industry so I know newbies when I see them.
They did not get the last two because the drinks were messed up and because the person taking my order was very distracted.
Drink 1 - supposed to be an iced matcha with almond milk. There is a tiny bit of almond milk but also straight up water.
Drink 2 - supposed to be a hot Mocha with almond milk. They made a hot Matcha.
Drink 3 - supposed to be that summer skies drink with the boba. It had no boba.
Drink 4 - supposed to be a black coffee with NO room for cream. (This one isn’t a big deal but they did not top it off like other Starbucks usually do.
I took my drinks and left, not knowing they were messed up until I had already left. Other than the summer skies drink with I’d noticed was missing boba. But the line was already long and I didn’t want to case them more stress than they obviously were working g through being new employees and all. I am assuming that all three of the employees working today are all new.

Staff are friendly and over all do a great job. Not sure what the issue is; but the past several weeks Starbucks have been out out of coffee, filters, black tea, peach flavors, etc., almost everyday! I realize staff has changed, but there’s blame focused on staff or someone all the time for “forgetting “ to order supplies. Do I need to take my business elsewhere or is someone going to wake up soon? It’s so frustrating!

Machine is always brokenBeen going since I’ve moved to canton about a year ago and every time I’ve went the “espresso machine is broken” I think they either don’t know how to make the coffee on the menu or they don’t want to 15/18 times I’ve went it’s been broken just doesn’t sound right to me?Drive the extra 10 mins to the actual Starbucks on Smokey park they never had a machine broke When I’ve went
