Alexis is a super star! Excellent care and service every visit. There will be a line full and Alexis treats you as you're the only customer there. She provides service with a smile and also makes the best cup of coffee. This is a great crew at this location. Looking forward to my next visit already.
I don't know if anyone else could say this, but I have always had polite and courteous help from the beristas. They have complimented on several occasions, and they have always helped me find something that I would enjoy. They engage with the customer. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are a little on the pricy side, especially since they are not made fresh in-house but unwrapped and put in an oven to be warmed up. Staff are friendly and over all do well with making my drinks correct. Not sure what the issue is with supplies, I’ve driven to all Waynesville and Buncombe co locations for the past two weeks and this was the only SB without peach. Then after 2 weeks we have peach but didn’t get black tea on their order. Think I’m just going to drive to Waynesville and hang it up! Love the staff though. Probably one of the best in years.
