On Jan 15, 2024 our family visited Wendy’s for lunch. The food was cold, our orders were incorrect, the cheese on our food was not melted, the French fry containers were less than half way filled. Our orders were wrong, so I sent my daughters to the counter (who are minors 11 and 17), to ask for corrected food. you keep paying for food you do not get and Wendys does nothing about it and customer service ignores you. The biggest food chain robbery ever. The Thompson Rd. store in Syracuse N.Y. never ever gets an order right and you call the store and they hang up on you. You contact customer service and they don't answer back. I waited 3 months for an area supervisor to call back. We pay for delivery because we are disabled and they want me to come pick up the multiple missing items. Six...read full review
