Pizza Hut is my favorite Pizza Restaurant, but this location is horrible at customer service. I definitely recommend the Waynesville location!

If you are hungry, don't go here. Placed an order for carry-out online. 1 hr and 15 min nothing. I tried calling the location where the order was placed, and I got someone with an Indian accent. He couldn't tell me anything. Supposedly transferred the call, but disconnected me. I tried 2 more calls but the phone was disconnected both times. Apparently, Pizza Hut does not care about customers.

My grandpa swung by to pick up our carry-out order, (we ordered the carry-put deal, 1 large pizza, cheese sticks, and wings) returned home and realized our 8 ct. wing was never given to us. Called the store and said we would return for wings (20 min drive). When we arrived to the store, we were given the wings... no "we are sorry" or anything. At home, when opening the pizza box, we also realized our pizza was not the correct crust we ordered.

Terrible customer service. Very rude manager. Yelled at us!! Then Hung up on us when attempting to discuss a problem with our order. Staff refused to apply our coupon. Will not return. Do not recommend to anyone.

I ordered via the Pizza Hut for delivery on March 12th. I did not know the store did not have power or phone. Waited several hours and multiple attempts to call store about my order. My husband went to the store and was told about the power outage. I understand not receiving food because of that.
The next day, I was charged for the pizza I never received. I called the store and spoke with the manager who assured me that I would be refunded in 7-10 days. After numerous calls to the store and customer service I still have not received a refund for food I never received. Each time I call, I am told someone will call you back. I have yet to receive a call back.

I placed my order and waited the time the receipt said online. Went to pick up and waited again for 15 minutes. There was not a single car in the parking lot other than the employee parking. Upon receiving our food, the bread sticks were plain. No seasonings. The pizza was not done all the way. But at least still edible. So we go back home and eat the wings and pizza and call the Pizza Hut to speak with a manager. 10 minutes on hold. And they gave us a double order of breadsticks to make up for it. Honestly I would not recommend this location. Pizza Hut is my favorite place to get pizza but this wasn’t the first time this location had given me issues. And it seems like no one there is in any rush.

Terrible service. Joseph the manager there is awful. We got a pizza that had the completely wrong toppings. So, we called back to ask for a refund or credit and a new pizza. Joseph was very short and rude and hung up on my mom. The replacement pizza had onion peels on it. We didnt end up eating it because if you put scraps on it then what else did you do to it? My dad then called back and got interrupted and threatened by Joseph. He threatened to call the Police on my dad for "phone harassment". All because my dad said that we needed a refund and that he was a bad manager for behaving in such a manner and allowing his employees to put scraps on pizzas.

I never get into trouble if I follow my own advice, top of that list is beware of pizza buffets; but hey, we were hungry. We passed on burgers and remembered that the Hut had pretty good pizza for a quick bite, so in we went. The buffet looked fast and easy so we chose that. The salad bar was good everything fresh and crisp; then it went downhill quickly. The pizza looked and tasted like it had been on the bar for over an hour. There was little variety and what was there was way below safe holding temperature further evidenced by the fact that not a single new pie was brought to the bar the entire time we were there. The pasta was more like play dough as opposed to the hardtack err breadsticks. Top all of that off with a loud server recounting how her father tried to take her Jeep away because of a trip to Michigan or something. This wasn't to us, but one booth away and not pleasant lunchtime entertainment. Recap; 2 slices, one salad, 2 drinks, and a soap opera later with nearly $20.00 out of pocket, it was time to go. The battle cry of the day; Never Again!!!

Another perfect super supreme /extra cheese. Asked to be just a bit over cooked. Got that nice crust that way. Then drove 10 miles to the house still warm. Turned on oven light and DANG it was good. 5 Thumbs up too!!!

Always takes much longer to deliver than they say it will because they like to send the delivery guy out on several deliveries at once making our pizza late and cold every time. On top of that they often get our order wrong even though we order the same pizza every time. Unfortunately my sister will only eat pizza hut pizza because she wants the stuffed crust

Nice location with friendly people. They got our order correct, and it was ready when we arrived. This location has tables for eat-inners, and with a salad bar to boot. I like that they put up photos of the local sports teams. We chose this location as opposed to the Waynesville one, and I am glad we did. The pizza is delicious!

Just left this Pizza Huts service sucks!!! Wanted to dine-in and we stood there for 10 mins or better without even being acknowledged before walking out. I understand a Friday evening is busy but the staff could've said hey we are a little busy be with you in just a moment and it would've went along way. I will never recommend this place to anyone
