Came in for a quick dinner on 6/19/25, they were absolutely slammed. About 4 or 5 boys behind the counter just absolutely grinding the line and the call in/onlines. Despite the work load, they were all super friendly and cheerful. Each one said something personalized or cheerful to me and smiled or cracked a joke. While I sat here eating until about 830, 30 mins before close, another big rush hit. Not one sigh or bad word about the customers or work load. I dont know who owns this franchise or whos training these young men, but theyre killing it. Wish my home JM was this good. Big compliments to the boys, they killed it tonight.

So, online ordered. I get that they are busy. But when you place a order and they take care of everyone who walks in behind you and your order gets pushed back so the hot sub you order is now cold before we even left. Do better

Worst place ever, ordered on phone, got there, luckily I looked at ticket, totally wrong, had to wait again for the subs to be made correctly. They better be glad I noticed it before I drove back home, 15 minutes away. 2nd time they have screwed up my order. The kid at Register wouldn't look at anybody, obviously he knows, don't know who owns this one, but you might want to be there from the time it opens til it closes. Sorry, it's a flipping joke of a sandwich shop, should have gone to Subway. It would have been right, and sadly even better. $34 for 2 sandwiches, that had to be made twice and still not right, and nasty. I give up.
