we get screwed at this establishment every time we order from here. the order is always messed up in some shape or fashion. not to mention the 20+ minute wait when you order curbside. save yourself the misery and go across the street to hardee’s.

I placed a mobile order at this location on May 16th. My husband picked it up on his way home and an item was missing. I have tried repeatedly to reach someone at the restaurant unsuccessfully. I have filed three reports and received messages that reference a case number and promise response from the local restaurant. NO ONE has reached out to me to correct this error and reimburse me. The amount of money involved is nominal. It is the blatant lack of concern, decency and integrity that infuriates me.

Fiancé ordered drive through didn’t get sauces with her meal went inside to get “a”single sauce packet for her meal and they wanted to charge her for it she didn’t have her wallet on her cause it was in the car I told her to forget it cause that’s ridiculous you order a meal and can’t even get “a” single sauce packet I’ll be damn if I’m going to walk all the way back to the car for 20 cents after they inconvenienced us twice this isn’t the first issue we have had at this location

Drive thru sucks, can’t get orders correct, have you pull up for no reason even when no one behind you. I was asked to pull up because they were cooking my hash brown only to find out after pulling off that the hash brown I was waiting for was not even in the bag. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to anywhere. Unfortunately, I have to come to this McDonald’s because it’s the only one nearby and they never fail to unimpress me each time I visit

The food is always hit or miss at McDonald’s. It is progressively lowering in quality while it gets more expensive. On the positive side, this location stays pretty clean and offers a nice stop before going to the beach or when leaving. Access in or out is pretty terrible if it’s busy.

Rude employee and manager this morning.. they tried to give me the wrong order and tried to get me to take the order. Didn't fix the oder. I ordered two sausage with egg mcmuffin and steak, egg, cheese bagel combo and two large mocha capp.frap. with double shot o f espresso. I looked at the receipt like I do every time I order something. I told the young lady that took my order, that you put me down for a large and small mocha frappes instead of the two large ones, then she started being short snappy and rude, then I asked to speak to a manager and the manager came and tried to tell me what I did and didn't order. I know what I ordered because I 'm the one ordering it. Let's put it this way, for the last two years on the weekend I spend $25-$50 a day on breakfast at McDonald's in Cape Carteret n.c because my grand kids like eating there, .I don't mind paying for what I ask for, But I DO mind when people try to make me pay for something I didn't ask for or for something they think I should have. I Really WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE THAT I'VE BEEN RECEIVING. I PERSONALLY THINK IT IS POOR MANAGEMENT WHEN THE MANAGER HERSELF TRIES TO MAKE U AS A CUSTOMER IS WRONG AND SHE REALLY DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO FIX AN ISSUE OF ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES..

This McDonald's is notorious for leaving food out of the bags. I have been twice in the last 2 weeks, first time half of the order was missing, the 2nd time they forgot a 20 piece nugget. Not a big deal if you catch it before you leave but don't plan on taking food home and not making a second trip back to get the rest if you don't check the bag.
