just went through the drive-through 9/16/2025 approx 5:45pm to order. Was told “I’l be right with you”. Three car orders taken I was never allowed submit order in the drive-through. Drove off before order was ever taken. VERY BERY disrespectful service. Not sure who The server work in the drive-through but possibly need retraining. Business lost forever.

Went inside to this McDonald’s, no other customers inside. Placed an order for a Cheeseburger kids meal with fries and apples. Should have known I needed to check the order. Opened the kids meal box upon arriving home and to my surprise…… there was no burger at all in the box! No burger. Fries were there. Apples were there…. But no burger. What a shame…

Order at 10:50am. Pay for food, and when you arrive they won’t give it to you. They’ll refund you it instead since you showed up 5 minutes past 11am. Riddle me that?

***CLOSES AT 11PM*** NOT MIDNIGHT. Screwed up order, then when we went back thru at 11:16pm so we could re-order the correct order after they gave us the wrong meal, they told us they were actually closed. When asked “oh we thought it was 24/7 or at least midnight?” They said it’s been this way since Covid.

we get screwed at this establishment every time we order from here. the order is always messed up in some shape or fashion. not to mention the 20+ minute wait when you order curbside. save yourself the misery and go across the street to hardee’s.

I placed a mobile order at this location on May 16th. My husband picked it up on his way home and an item was missing. I have tried repeatedly to reach someone at the restaurant unsuccessfully. I have filed three reports and received messages that reference a case number and promise response from the local restaurant. NO ONE has reached out to me to correct this error and reimburse me. The amount of money involved is nominal. It is the blatant lack of concern, decency and integrity that infuriates me.

Fiancé ordered drive through didn’t get sauces with her meal went inside to get “a”single sauce packet for her meal and they wanted to charge her for it she didn’t have her wallet on her cause it was in the car I told her to forget it cause that’s ridiculous you order a meal and can’t even get “a” single sauce packet I’ll be damn if I’m going to walk all the way back to the car for 20 cents after they inconvenienced us twice this isn’t the first issue we have had at this location

Drive thru sucks, can’t get orders correct, have you pull up for no reason even when no one behind you. I was asked to pull up because they were cooking my hash brown only to find out after pulling off that the hash brown I was waiting for was not even in the bag. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to anywhere. Unfortunately, I have to come to this McDonald’s because it’s the only one nearby and they never fail to unimpress me each time I visit
