My local McDonald's is always packed but they get threw the crowd pretty fast and the food is always good amd hot

Read a review about this sauce issue at this particular McDonald’s and sure enough it was right. Had a very similar situation to Evan from August 2025 and McDonald’s has this employee who I identify as the sauce bandit. Refuses to give extra sauce for larger meals $15+.. like one sauce for 4+ item come on.

Not to sound petty but this happens all the time. Arrived at 1155 no one in the lobby ordered food for me and my two kids then waited 20 min to get three items. And of course my sandwich was ice cold did want a refund but just wanted them to heat it up and when the did it was then ruined. Just disappointed even though I know it’s McDonald’s. I miss the old days when fast food was actually fast and not take as long as a sit down restaurant

No wait times, even on a busy day, the orders come out fairly fast. Restrooms are clean and the dinning area always is clean as well..
I have the McDonalds app and for some reason mine does not work properly. This is the third time I’ve been there that I could not get my free rewards from my app bc the app wouldn’t reproduce a new code and no one there knew how or could fix it - so yet again. To bad so sad. The app is pretty much useless !

*edit* I submitted a complaint through that link before I even wrote the review. I assume those just go somewhere and get ignored. There’s a huge issue with management here and it needs to be fixed. It’s McDonalds, this shouldn’t be hard.”
We’ve had multiple issues with this McDonald’s, but today was the final straw that made me decide to write a review. Our entire Happy Meal was missing from the order, so we had to drive all the way back to get it. By the time we got home, everyone’s food was cold. We chose the Happy Meal option that comes with two fries, but when we opened it, one of the kid-sized fry containers was completely empty. The kid-sized fries are small as is, so with only one actually filled, it wasn’t enough for a full meal. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems here, we’ve had multiple issues with items being missing from the order, food slapped together and extremely messy, food being cold when we get it..,and it’s happened often enough that it seems like a management issue rather than an occasional mistake. Some of the staff are great! Very friendly, professional, etc. But some are completely inefficient…they seem like they’re in a bad mood, very cold and short. When you tell them something was missing or whatnot, they act annoyed like you’re the problem.
It’s just inexcusable at this point, and they’re the closest McDonald’s for everyone in this area. Otherwise you have to go to Swansboro or Morehead.
