I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN ANY STARS IF COULD'VE DONE THAT!!!! Megan (manager??) And jesse were extremely rude. They were attempting to do 2 different people's order at same time after flies had been walking on our food for a few minutes I had asked for them to be remade as they were just ignoring our sandwiches and letting them sit on bar while working on the customer's behind us. When I asked for them to be remade the supposed manager threw her hands up grabbed them up with attitude and the girl Jesse said very loudly well you shoulda said that 3 mins ago. I GOT INFORMED with attitude that there's so many flies because the door is broken and maintenance hasn't fixed it yet. I asked when the store manager would be in thats when I got informed that Megan is the manager. I asked for the general managers info and got told she would not give that out. While eating our food jesse kept staring at my minor daughter and when I had to go ask for napkins it seems as she was talking crap and jumped back she was very unprofessional she did not have e anything said to her about calm down. We came in a little before 2:08pm on Saturday 7/5/25

Went to order 3 subs. They were out of salami, ham, provolone cheese, olives, pickles and more, a list of about 10 things. Drove to Swansboro to get the subs...no wonder they get reviews like this

We periodically go to this subway and the last several times have been less than desirable. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to go back hoping it would get better. It has not. I won’t even go into previous experiences but tonight we went in and ordered 3 subs. The girl making the first sandwich asked how we wanted it made and we told her exactly how it’s listed on the menu.. she proceeds to tell us they were out of onions. Come to find out they were out of :
Onions
Banana peppers
Roast beef
Ice
Syrup in the soda machine

And lord knows what else. So just be prepared for them to be out of all of the normal fixings you’d typically ask for on your sub.

I mistakenly ordered my food too early in the mobile app. I called the store and asked if I could push back the time of pickup and they had already made the order (usually this is a great thing lol). Aaron was very helpful in offering to make another sandwich to better align with the pickup time.

When asked for 2 cups to go with dippers, all other subways give the second because 1 cup isn't enough for 1, but this one gave attitude and was rude about it

Carla was quite rude during my visit. When I asked about the black, crusty sauce on my sandwich wrapper, she told me it was teriyaki sauce that dried during toasting. I clarified that I hadn’t requested it toasted, and her response was dismissive, asking, “What do you want me to do about it?” A simple question deserved a better answer.

Ordered 2 cold cut combo sandwiches. Both were not correct and only had bologna on them. What a scam. Stay away and go elsewhere . I surely will.

We have frequented this exact subway for several years. We always order to go and ALWAYS request our sandwiches be toasted. We have NEVER received our sandwiches toasted!!! We always tip the employees and still can't get our food toasted. We always come back home and place our food in the oven. If I wanted a cold sandwich, I would not request it be toasted. NEVER AGAIN will I tip these employees. Fast food workers demand $15hr but can't push the start button on the toaster.

I visited this subway on 9/13 @7:35 pm. When I went in there was only 1 other customer. I tried to order a meatball sub. The girl said we don't have meatballs. So then I had to order something else. I ordered 3 subs. 1 was a 12" and 2 were 6". The girl rang up my order then went back make it. When she was done making them she tried to ring up the order again. I said i have already paid. She said "Oh yeah sorry." I happened to look at my receipt today and I noticed I was charged for two 12" subs and 1 6" sub. I tried calling the store today all day. Finally around 6:30 pm tonight I finally got someone. I told them what happened. The guy asked if I had a picture of my order. Why would I have taken a picture. I have never had this happen before. I was informed that there was nothing he could do because he wasn't working last night. But he would ask around about it. That is a joke. No one is going to admit that they charged the wrong items. I don't think I will be going back because it is wrong to be over charged especially now when prices have gone up so much. Beware.

Order a garlic cheese steak and there was so little meat on the sandwich that even when I combined it all into one half of the footlong it was still slacking. I may of had a bread cheese and vegetable sandwich. This was the worse sandwich ever. Customer service was outstanding-

There is an absolutely beautiful woman who works here named Amanda. I was blown away by her beauty when I walked in the door. She not only was the most beautiful thing I have ever put my eyes on, but her customer service skills were inconceivable. I have never been treated more kindly in my life. She made me feel warm and welcomed by the establishment. She made the meanest sandwich! I have never in my life had such an incredibly crafted sandwich. Amanda is truly a remarkably gifted sandwich artist. I cannot wait to go back!

Hot ... they said the ac hasn't worked in the last 4 years. Also I was told immediately that if I wanted to use a coupon I had to pick from the build your own menu. Needs improvement!
