Manager insisted that subway corporate made it illegal to toast the flat bread now even tho I have had it toasted this way at five other locations since the bread change. She always has a nasty attitude and the AC is and has been broken for months now!

Two 4” subs on very dry, old bread (not even the bread we ordered) with VERY little inside the subs. Both subs likely weighed 8oz. A complete ripoff.

I can't leave a good review because I couldn't find an employee. Went inside and smelled bread cooking so I know someone was there. Stood around for 10 minutes calling out if anyone was there and finally left.

I have had 2 great experiences here. I have had great customer service and great flatbreads. I have stopped for breakfast to go both times and both times it has been a great sub. The ceiling tiles over the food are really damaged and that is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars. It is alittle concerning that monkey changes them being directly over the food. Other than the place is clean. Another issue is the Parking lot. You can miss the turn in very easily because it is too quick.

Subway in Cape Carteret is now my favorite Subway. My husband is a Subway fan so over the years I feel I could be a secret shopper for Subway. I have seen employees act like they are doing me a favor to take my order, but last night my faith in company was renewed. I walked in 20 minutes before closing. My husband has been in the hospital for several months. Amanda and her coworker had me laughing about music and making my sandwich with a smile on her face. Amanda could sure teach the surrounding area Subways how to make customers feel appreciated. Bless the hard working woman and her wonderful colleague. Thank you Amanda you made me feel better as I headed back to the hospital.

The workers are underpaid. Despite this they are the most amazing people. The owner does NOT deserve them.

Workers always seem to have an attitude here, whoever is doing to hiring is getting it wrong. There is always 2 on shift, 1 that is aggravated that you are ordering and another that is either sleeping at or on their phone at the little table to right right of the door when you walk in. The food is about what you expect of any subway, the reason for the low rating is the terrible employees.

Fresh food and hard working staff but out of respect for your employees please invest in an air conditioner for heaven’s sake. You have people in there working in 92 degrees (the INDOOR thermostat said 92)!! And no the employee did not complain, I just wanted to speak up on their behalf because they deserve a better environment and so do your patrons. Otherwise a good experience here.

Clean store. The employees were polite and accommodating my issue was I brought in paper coupons one was buy one foot long get the other for free. I was told that they are a privately owned Subway and only corporate Subways except coupons with buy one get something free. I got sum what lucky there store was running a deal for three subs. I really did not need three foot-long subs, but I went ahead and got them. I was always under the impression that with any business you either had privately owned (bought Blue Ski from a corporation), the or all franchises were run through corporate which a board of directors that make the decision and a C.E.O that overseas everything. It was my first experience with half one half the other. Well, I know, and whoever reads this review knows now. I will try to remember to snap some photos ? next time.Vegetarian options: With Subway building your sub with what you want on, it is how it works with them. So you could eat vegan every time. (Yes)Parking: The store is located on a small corner lot. It's somewhat difficult to enter, and because of that, the actual spaces look like they are all compact. When backing out, make sure to check your surroundings.Wheelchair accessibility: They are up to date with all accessibility ♿️ requirements. Just take it slow coming and leaving the store.
