This evening I had a great experience thanks to the customer service. Very well spoken gentlemen who checked us out. Sometimes great customer service isn't recognized so I wanted to say this man deserves some appreciation.

We decided to make a stop here tonight. We have recently moved to the area. We were not disappointed! The customer service from the three delightful young ladies was amazing. Couldn't have asked for better. It was a full house but we were promptly waited on and greeted upon entering. The ice cream was just as amazing as the staff. We most definitely will be back! Thanks girls!!!

Clean store, great frozen yogurt, and friendly staff. I saw the dairy free sign outside and had to go in, it's great when they have something for lactose intolerant people like me.

Not understanding how it is a completely self serve place and all the toppings are out on the counter and uncovered but they can not give samples of the mixes anymore due to COVID. The girl told me if it helps it takes like this..... no that doesn't help. The mixes are a hit or miss and the sample allowed to see if it was okay or not..... if you aren't going to give samples anymore that is fine but don't say it is due to COVID. If I can stick my hands into all the toppings and touch all the cups myself it is not about COVID. The girls behind the counter also gave no guidance. I asked do you take card.... yes.... so I go to pay with American Express... oh we don't take that. Honestly, I am good never going back. It's not fantastic tasting and now I am grossed out by the whole process. The connect four games that made for a big allure to the place are also gone. It's a whole different place now. It the picture the glass on top is only to hold the signs that tell you what the ingredient is. Also the toppings in the tube were stale.
