I came in to eat this morning. No-one will take your order and they want you to use a kiosk. The kiosk did not work. I tried four times to get the attention of people in the back. The lady was too busy playing on her phone and the other guy just ignored me. I will never go back here and I suggest people not waste time here. They don't care about you. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here but it will certainly be the last.

This Bojangles is absolute trash… we ordered two chicken sandwiches at 10:40 and even asked the lady who handed us our food to please make sure they’re sandwiches… she was extremely rude and said “it’s only been lunch for 5 minutes….” Then gave us biscuits…. And of course no receipt… Please stay away from this awful “restaurant”

Definitely a step up from MCDs up the road. There were 2 young guys running the place. It was a clean and friendly environment unlike the other fast food place in town!

INCREDIBLY SLOW! If you enjoy waiting in line (minimum 3 cars deep or less) for about 20 minutes before ordering, then place your order, and finally wait for your food for another 20 minutes, then go here... if you don't have the patience to wait till your kids grow up to have children of their own, then go somewhere else... the chicken biscuits are fairly okayish. Do not recommend.

Ordered a kids meal for myself (because times are tough) and they gave me a piece of chicken that is about the size of a house key and forgot to even give me a biscuit. Seeing all the other bad reviews, I hope this place gets shut down soon or hires new management soon, because they can't even get a kids sized meal correctly.

I really hope that Bojangles’ management read reviews and pay attention at the irresponsible way that this location is being ran.
No attention to the client whatsoever, people dragging their feet literally ignoring the customers and questions, every single order has missing items, the chicken was burnt, the automated system had errors, the food was just being laid on the counter, with no ticket no name no order number was called. Absolutely nothing, just go and sort through peoples bags and hope that it’s your order and I could go on.

Never been so disappointed with Bojangles in my life had a family tailgate. They didn’t have a half gallon juices for the sweet tea so they gave me five sweet tea cups, wrong type of size and the fact that the sides were old. They weren’t even filled up to the top quarter of the way I would much rather travel across the bridge to the other location
