We enjoyed our meal at Bowman’s. The folks were friendly, service great and food was good quality. The prices were reasonable and consistent with the area. Our plates were full. There are very few calabash style seafood places left. This is one of the best I’ve had in a long time!!
Staple place for my mother and I. Every time she comes to visit me, she wants Bowman’s. Great family owned, comfortable atmosphere with great food. Our go to is the shrimp, baked potato and slaw!
The food was great! They were out of a few items and warm in the restraunt. Server said someone left the back door open and that's why it was warm, but I don't see how a door in the back let so much cool air out! The food made up for that, even though they ran out of oysters and baked potatoes!
