Ordered delivery, charged our card, and never delivered the pizza. It was about two hours before closing. I will never order again. Worst in Carolina Beach. Now it's too late to order elsewhere. Do yourself a favor stay away. Zero stars.

We ordered pizza for delivery and they said our pizza would be delivered by 12:44am. There was a pending charge on my credit card and we waited up for it. I was calling them before 1pm and they would answer and hang up. We stayed up until 1:40 thinking they were running late because there was a pending credit card charge, then the charge was deleted. Don’t tell me you are going to deliver if you are not. We could have gotten hot dogs. Do not recommend ordering from this domino’s.

Great experience at this location. Young man named Caleb went out of his way to help me with my order. So kind and respectful especially since they were very busy and I was a little tired and out of sorts. I appreciated the kindness. (Pizza was good too 😉!)

I always get hot flavorful food and, knock on wood, I've never received an incorrect order. It can't get much easier than this, ordering it through the app, track the progress, press the button when you arrive, and they bring it to your car. They're always busting their butts in there! 😁👍🏼

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS SERVICE! The Dominos does not try deliver accurately. I called to try and find where my order was and was told that they couldn’t deliver it and I wouldn’t be able to have delivery and would need to pick up if I wanted at pizza. Additionally they hung up on my call when I was placed on a hold and had to call back to get any type of response. Would recommend Papa John’s or absolutely any other place before this specific Dominos location. I have never had such a bad experience with any other restaurant ever before. Avoid at all costs!!!

Got a call from franchise owner. No solution offered. Still waiting refund. Again, as a local don’t waste money or time.

This Domino's is by far, the best pizza around! I've lived here for 10 years and once I got their pizzas delivered, I quit ordering from anyone else. Ivy literally makes picture perfect, ad worthy pizzas! All the delivery drivers have been prompt, polite and super friendly! Kel was my driver today and he treated the delivery like he was delivering to a friend rather than just going through the motions to get the job done. And no, I am not related to nor friends with anyone at Domino's, they just deserve the recognition for the consistent quality, friendliness and professionalism over the past 9 years! I would give them more stars if I could and happily recommend them to everyone!

I order from this dominos on a regular basis, I have to commend their quality and (given the delivery staff shortage and island business admittedly) speed. I also love to see the great deals they offer at this location, suits the island visitors needs well. My one complaint is that I have never received an evenly cut pie, I could almost think this is done intentionally (or the result of faulty equipment/practice) which is quite disappointing. Otherwise pretty good dang za and service!

The food was delicious, the workers were very friendly and patient. None of them were wearing hairnets or face masks though.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from.
Kid-friendliness: They had a nice viewing area for kids to step up and watch them knead dough.
