I only gave it one stars because I couldn’t go any lower… I ordered a delivery order later in the evening around 11:50…. I’m looking at the tracker and the tracker shows that my pizza is ready at 12:08. At 12:42 I called the store because it’s still saying that it’s on the rack. They said that they only have one delivery driver and they couldn’t give me an ETA for the pizza. Since the store was right around the corner, I offered to drive there to pick it up. When I arrived, I’m at a long blonde haired fellow. I asked him whenever I got the pizza if I could be refunded for the tip and the delivery fee, which totaled about seven dollars. He said that he wasn’t able to because he would have to void out the entire check. I asked her if I could just have four or five bottles of water instead, but they only had one. At that point, I asked for Them to avoid out the check and just ring me for the order. Whenever I ask for a receipt of the voided transaction, he was unable to provide me a receipt. My original total was $20 which included the delivery fee and the tip…. Whenever he re-rang me my total was $21. Whenever I asked him how it was more expensive he was unable to provide me an answer just said that I must have used a deal. I did use an online promotion, but the store absolutely should have been able to reduce that cost. Whenever I brought up that the pizza had been on the rack since 1208 he told me that the tracker was inaccurate. He referenced the order That he had to re-ring for me, saying that it was being prepped when it clearly wasn’t…. Whenever I called him out on that being the order that I just placed, he didn’t have an answer. Long story short I had to go pick up my delivery Order myself… And I ended up paying more to do so. Whenever I got the pizza home, I can guarantee you that it absolutely has been sitting on that shelf since 1208. Go to one of the local pizza shops… This Domino’s Pizza taste like a foot.

Look, it is a Domino's, you know what you're getting... this one is no different and the food was pretty good as expected.
This is a 1 star review because I don't think it is reasonable for Domino's to send me requests to fill out 2 different surveys because I ordered pizza from them once. Seriously? If y'all want me to join your customer experience team, please send me a written offer with a reasonable salary... but stop asking me to do unpaid labor for you.

We got hungry late in the evening and decided to order from Domino’s. Lettuce on salad tasted like it was out of date. Wing sauce was delish but skin on wings needed to be cooked longer. Pasta sauce was good but the cheese had not melted and was cold. The best part of the meal was the garlic butter bread.

Order a medium new parm stuffed crust pizza and this is what I got. Half cut pizza, pizza slices falling apart half way and no sauce.
Highly disappointed, pizza is dry due to lack of very little to no pizza sauce, slices literally falling apart in half (not the slice way).
Will not recommend nor go back. I would rather pay extra money for better pizza and support others on the island.
They obviously don’t care about standard or quality of the food.
Shame on dominos!! Epic failure

first i want to say my review is a combination of the company and the store, as far as companies go, they might be one of the worst companies i have dealt with, customer service would get a minus 5 if it were possible, watch the charges on your card if you order online. far as the store, usually pretty good for the price depending on certain factors.

The staff here are awesome. I felt like family once i walked in. Very polite friendly and fast. Thank you for not only the amazing pasta I ordered, but thank you for serving the island of Carolina Beach with a heart warming smile
Ordered delivery, charged our card, and never delivered the pizza. It was about two hours before closing. I will never order again. Worst in Carolina Beach. Now it's too late to order elsewhere. Do yourself a favor stay away. Zero stars.

We ordered pizza for delivery and they said our pizza would be delivered by 12:44am. There was a pending charge on my credit card and we waited up for it. I was calling them before 1pm and they would answer and hang up. We stayed up until 1:40 thinking they were running late because there was a pending credit card charge, then the charge was deleted. Don’t tell me you are going to deliver if you are not. We could have gotten hot dogs. Do not recommend ordering from this domino’s.

Great experience at this location. Young man named Caleb went out of his way to help me with my order. So kind and respectful especially since they were very busy and I was a little tired and out of sorts. I appreciated the kindness. (Pizza was good too 😉!)
