I came in hoping for a decent meal, but instead I got dinner and a live episode of “Owners Behaving Badly.” The food was whatever, but what really left a bad taste in my mouth was watching the owner absolutely lose his mind at his poor waitress because she dared—brace yourselves—to use a tiny Styrofoam cup to get a drink. Not a gallon jug, not the Holy Grail… a tiny cup. He went off on her in front of the entire restaurant like she’d crashed his car into his house. Meanwhile, she was the only pleasant thing about the entire experience—super sweet, super professional, and honestly deserves a medal for not walking out right then and there. If you enjoy awkward public meltdowns and the feeling of secondhand embarrassment while you eat, this place is for you. If not, go literally anywhere else.

Buried my mom at sea, and tried this place out because it was close. Had steak and eggs because it's my mom's favorite breakfast. Steak was Waffle House quality, and then the establishment had the nerve to not have steak sauce of any kind. No Heinz 57, no A1, no generic cheap stuff...just nothing! $20 for a terrible steak. And no one tells you before you sit down, before you order, at any point that it is only cash in almost 2026. They pointed out a hardly visible sign at the front of the restaurant that is out of view of an over 6 ft person. And the main rub is that the ATM charges a few that of course the restaurant also profits from. And did I mention that there was no steak sauce for waffle house quality steak!

This is a cardless restaurant. We didn't know they didn't take cards for payment. The old gentleman was not pleasant. He said there is a sign on the door. We didn't see the sign until he pointed it out. Our food was late getting to us. The waitress mess our ticket up several times. The waitress was kind the food was ok. I would visit again. The chicken in waffles were decent the chicken was just fried with no season.

My sister and our good friend went to the Gulf Stream on Tuesday the 16th of Septemberst 8:30 am. Our wait was a bit long to get our food since there were only 3 tables taken. Our waitress was extremely cold not one smile. I ordered shrimp and grits as the menu ingredients did not say onions were in them. And boy there onions in them!!!! It took me 10 minutes to dig them out. ( our waitress never came back to even check on us) as for my sister and our friend ,they had French toast and sausage links. Well… the French toast was not cooked enough and the sausage links were gray not browned at all. We ate cold food 😡could’nt send back as we never had our server even check on us. We letf talking about this bad experience. Walked across the road to get some gifts. My sister had to leave because she felt sick. Barely made it to McDonald’s and got horribly sick. What a way to send our yearly vacation. Been eating there for 5 years and it seems like the food and service has gotten worse! Very disappointed and it ruined our whole day. Do Better Gulf Stream!!!! Go back to the good food and service we are used too!!!

We ordered delivery and ate on the beach front patio. The food was excellent. We ordered the flounder plate and fried shrimp salad. It also came very quickly.
