Consistently delicious with a menu variety. Beautiful view with plenty of available parking. Staff are attentive & friendly.

We had an amazing experience, Our waitress Hanna was amazing. We were a table to 8 people with three different tickets and she was so patient and helpful!! Definitely gonna ask to be sat in her section on our next trip!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! We were so fortunate to have Emily (Flo?) as our server! She is second to none! Food was fantastic and just an overall amazing time! Horseradish Tuna was spot on!!

Great relaxed atmosphere. We got brunch and it was decent but nothing really special. Great location, it would be cool if their food was really something to write home about. The fried plantains were the only part of my meal I really enjoyed, but the service was very friendly at least.

The food was delicious, off the charts. We had the steak nachos and BTs chicken! The restaurant is decorated now for Christmas so it is even more charming! Our waiter was Wyatt. He is very helpful, nice, and efficient! Gave us lots of suggestions. Manager and host checked on the tables. Restaurant was clean. It is a wonderful place to sit outside during 70 degree weather in NC!

The food was fantastic, and Shawn, my waiter, was outstanding. I've been to Havana's several times before. This was a quick day trip for myself. The weather was beautiful, so having lunch on the porch was really nice. Every single person working that day was really nice, starting with the hostess and her beautiful smile. Again, Shawn was not only a great waiter but is a very kind and caring person with all of his customers. Thanks, everyone.

Food was very rich and tasty. The waitress was very attentive and the manager checked with us twice. The Cajun Seafood Pasta was richa and creamy. The bananas foster was big enough for four people.

We saw the negative reviews so our expectations were already low but we wanted to give it a open mind since it was close by. We had little to no expectations yet we were still in disbelief with how ripped off we felt. We might as well have eaten at apple bees, spent less money and probably would've had tastier food there anyways.
We spent 90$ for nachos, shrimp alfredo with what tasted and looked like frozen broccoli you get from Walmart and two alcoholic drinks that tasted like watered down club soda. The tortilla chips were cold, pasta sauce tasted lumpy and milky with barely any flavor. The atmosphere was nice and that's the only good thing I have to say about this place. And on the bright side my husband and I had a lot of good laughs at how ridiculous this place was & got to feed our leftovers to our dog so at least that makes one happy customer!

Very nice dinner. I can't remember what they called it, but it was like Jambalaya with pasta rather than rice. The shrimp was fresh and the sausage properly spicy. Very satisfying. One of our party had a steak that was perfectly cooked and made me a little jealous.

The dining experience was unsatisfactory. The menu’s visual appeal did not translate into a palatable meal. The calamari was uncooked, lacked flavor, and had an unappetizing appearance. The salad was soggy.
The salmon and shrimp were also poorly cooked. The extended wait time before receiving the subpar food led to a negative experience for both of us.

We had a nice dinner at Havanas. We ordered the crab dip, blackened fish, and a NY strip steak. The mains were all delicious and flavorful. We were rather disappointed in the side items, especially at the price point. They were considerably less flavorful than the mains, especially the rice pilaf that came with the fish. Other than that, everything we had was delicious!
