My husband and I love this bar. We have had several nice date nights on the top deck. However this past weekend the bouncer was just absolutely rude and ridiculous. In less than 3 minutes he turned away 5 people because of his attitude. I highly recommend the bar for the scenery and drinks but they need to invest in someone with a better a better attitude at the door. He stated he was not in the mood to deal with this tonight - as in check our ID’s. Just kept going on and on with a jerk attitude… believe me I am not a Karen and I have a lot of patience but this guy needs a desk job… so if he is not working I 100% recommend checking them out :)

Stopped in today for a drink. Service and drink was good. Ordered the crab dip to go with pita bites. It was okay, “filler / imitation” crab meat verse actually crab, precooked in foil bowl to be heated up. Found some shell in it while eating

We had a wonderful experience at Hurricane Alley!!! Great drinks and great food. Our bartender Nikki was so sweet and gave great service. The manager Joe set up heaters for us since we were so cold. Overall great place who cares about their customers.

Had a friend in town went in for a few beers 🍺 and sat upstairs enjoyed the beautiful scenery, suds and service. Bartender was fantastic he must of went up and down the stairs 50 times that I noticed. Great spot!

We had takeout, as we were very tired and Hotel was next door! We ordered over the phone, which was super easy , we had the Crab dip, chili hotdogs, fries and the South West egg rolls !! Delicious!!!! Waitress was very friendly! Definitely will eat here again!!!

We have been to the business before, and never had an issue. This time was a bit different. My family and I went there on a busy night. The hostess said that it would be a 20 minute wait. We gave our name and number. We waited over an hour, and never received a phone call. Needless to say, we are still waiting on a call. Never again!!!
