This is place for some good food. We had breakfast. Fast, Clean, Fresh food. From the time we hit the door it all about us. Must try if your in the area.

I had been wanting to eat here for awhile. We came on Wed at about 1pm, so only a few patrons. I ordered the pancake trio & it was good. The server was very friendly & everyone there was welcoming. I'd go again if I'm at CB.

We loved our time at Kate’s! The atmosphere and service were wonderful and we loved the cozy home style breakfast. Looking forward to visiting again next time we’re in town.

I have to write a review even though I really have no time for things like this. Today I went to this place and ordered the peppermint chocolate pancake.
Very, very rarely have I experienced such an explosion of flavor. Until now, I had never considered the combination of pancakes and peppermint. The pancake also shone with chocolate chunks that, through the warmth of the batter, transformed into molten lava. All of this was wrapped in a hint of a crisp, lightly crunchy pancake surface. To complete the experience, there is a firm dollop of cream which gradually melts, adding a cool breeze to the warm chocolate.
All in all, a poem. One can only pity those who do not want to—or cannot—experience this delight.
My recommendation: indulge
