We've been to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk so many times but never stopped in to try the gelato. SO glad I stopped in this time. The young lady working the counter was so friendly, she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The store is bright and clean, they have items/souvenirs for sale. The gelato is beautifully displayed and the flavors are clearly marked. They offer gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free options. I chose the chocolate oreo for myself and the sugar-free...
I’m from the DC area and this was the best vegan ice cream/gelato I’ve ever had. Also, NO WHERE ever has vegan waffle cones but they do!! & they were delicious!!!!!! I’m sad I just now found out about this place I’ve been coming to Carolina beach for years. It’s better than Squiggleys! They need to post themselves on Happy Cow so more vegans are aware :)
Wonderful spot at Carolina beach. Loved the gelato and went back for coffee. Wish I would have gone back for trinkets to take home. If you’re in the area please stop here, the owner is so sweet!
