Delicious caramel latte. They use Counter Culture beans. Acai bowl also delicious. Granola crunchy and fresh strawberries and blueberries. Bananas were somewhat mushy.
Hawaiian wrap was ok. Not as much chicken as I would have expected. Mostly avocado spread and coleslaw which made the wrap dripping with liquid. I would try a soft wrap next time.
Employees very friendly. Long wait to order (30+ min ) around 10am on Sat. Limited amount of seating inside and a couple tables to sit outside.

Mālama was such a good find! The atmosphere was so cute and fun, perfect mix of beachy and aesthetic. The shop was pretty busy when we got there but there was still lots of seating and we got our food/drinks out at a reasonable time. The food was absolutely AMAZING, highly recommend the Caprese avocado toast! The coffee was great and they have lots of milk alternatives. And their merch is super cute and affordable! Overall the vibes were very fun, great place to hang out with friends 🩷

Fantastic coffee. I got a seasonal cold brew with marshmallow cold foam. Not super into sweet drinks but this sounded too good and it did not disappoint! Not too sweet at all, very subtle. Delicious! Also staff is super nice and happy to be there.
I had a matcha after throwing away another one from a cafe down the street that was not good. The matcha here was so good along with the breakfast sandwich. A nice atmosphere and clean as well!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Super friendly and energetic staff who worked like a well oiled machine! The food was exceptional, I ordered the rise & shine croissant and the orange turmeric smoothie. I loved the smoothie soo much that I went back for another one before heading back home after my short two day stay at the beach. Super cool merch and the cafe had a chill vibe, the kind of place you just wanna sit back and hang at.

don’t get the matcha unless you like it tasting like straight milk only 1 out of the 5 drinks we ordered tasted actually good. staff was nice but seems like they are understaffed so i believe the drinks were made very rushed resulting in them tasting bad.

Needs more staff! There was a 20 minute line to order, and when I finally got there they let me know that their card reader was broken so I couldn’t order anything.
The staff were so nice and competent, just seems like terrible management - they shouldn’t be that busy

I have worked from Malama the last few days and have enjoyed it every time. The atmosphere is the perfect marriage of beach and coffee shop. It's also super modern and clean. As a coffee snob, the espresso was decent but not excellent. Would love to see more love given to pure coffee prep (offer pour-overs, single-origin coffee options, etc.) but that may not be in demand a tourist spot. All in all I love this spot and would recommend. Beware of the busy-ness though, very popular so plan to wait in line.
