Is this location ever open? I have tried to order a pizza the past 2 days and can't because they are closed I can't imagine their corporate office loves them being closed whenever they feel like it

Went yesterday evening 8,24,25 for the first time in a couple of years due to poor service. Well my friends things have changed I went in to give it a another try and I'm glad I did. I met the new manager and he was friendly and helpful. First thing I noticed how clean and organized things were when I entered the restaurant. The carry out special was a great deal and the pizza 🍕 was delicious. I'll be back keep up the good work.

We went today for dinner ordered pizza and bone in wings. Spent over 50 bucks. Got home with our food opened my wing box and one of my wings was barely a half of a wing. 6 wings are 11.99 you should at least get 6 full wings. That one shouldn't have been sold unless they added another one to make up for it. Regardless where you go businesses rarely ever keep the customer in mind. Wonder if who ever made my order would have liked it if they opened a box of wings and found that.

I remember the days when Pizza Hut was The Spot. Sadly those days seem to have passed. When the dough tastes like wet socks it’s time to just grab a frozen pizza at the grocery. Sorry, but pizza is easy- especially when it’s in your name. On the plus side- delivery was prompt and friendly.

Went to pickup my order and waited 10 minutes in the lobby. The girl that helped me went in the back to do something just for her to take my food out of the keep warm box that was already sitting there. The food is good here but the service has gone down hill.
The manager was really cool, professional, and friendly. My pizza was very tasty hot and fresh. Ordered on the app for carryout

I had a very wonderful experience on 12/26/25 Me and my family came in to do a order we were graded with much respect by I believe her name was Amberly her name tag had Manager on it she was very sweet and ongoing she even helped us with offering the deals and specials that they had we have never had that happen to us in our previous experiences Will be returning to this location The environment in atmosphere is so much more welcoming

Pizza Hut Carolina Beach was on point tonight! I ordered a supreme pizza, a cheese pizza And some apple pies and they were all cooked right and very good. I even had to call and ask a favor and they were very accommodating. Thank you for good food and great service!
