I remember the days when Pizza Hut was The Spot. Sadly those days seem to have passed. When the dough tastes like wet socks it’s time to just grab a frozen pizza at the grocery. Sorry, but pizza is easy- especially when it’s in your name. On the plus side- delivery was prompt and friendly.

Went to pickup my order and waited 10 minutes in the lobby. The girl that helped me went in the back to do something just for her to take my food out of the keep warm box that was already sitting there. The food is good here but the service has gone down hill.

I had a very wonderful experience on 12/26/25 Me and my family came in to do a order we were graded with much respect by I believe her name was Amberly her name tag had Manager on it she was very sweet and ongoing she even helped us with offering the deals and specials that they had we have never had that happen to us in our previous experiences Will be returning to this location The environment in atmosphere is so much more welcoming

Pizza Hut Carolina Beach was on point tonight! I ordered a supreme pizza, a cheese pizza And some apple pies and they were all cooked right and very good. I even had to call and ask a favor and they were very accommodating. Thank you for good food and great service!

Ordered pizza through DoorDash - our driver had a horrible experience with the manager at this location and reported her previously. We have ordered pizza and now the manager is refusing to give our order to the dasher, due to the report against her. We called the store and the manager proceeded to scream nonstop and used berating language stating she wouldn’t fix the problem then hanging up. to Pizza Hut - please find a new manager.

Worst food experience of my life tonight. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. They completely botched. My pizza didn’t add any of my sauces that I paid extra for it or any of my additional toppings I would not recommend to go to this place to any human being on the planet who wants to eat at least a decent meal. I’ve never been so disgusted with the customer service and lack of effort in these pizzas. STAW AWAY
Lady working behind the counter at 6pm on 12/15 needs to work on her service skills. Complained the whole time and yelled “dam I hate these delivery orders” when ppl would walk in the door.

Ordered on the app today, the app said 30 minutes, after 35 minutes I received a phone call telling me they have no BBQ sauce for my BBQ pizza, did I want another sauce or cancel, i canceled, then was told it would take a week to refund my money.....and they didn't have any drivers so I wasn't going to get a delivery anyhow. So now, no lunch, no money, no refund and the lady who called found my attitude amusing. I work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week and can't leave for lunch.......use the app, its easier you say.....its crapp. Michaelangelos, Fentonis, heck I will even go with Domino's now before this joke. Way to treat the local population, i can just imagine how you screw the tourists during the summertime.
