Ordered on the app today, the app said 30 minutes, after 35 minutes I received a phone call telling me they have no BBQ sauce for my BBQ pizza, did I want another sauce or cancel, i canceled, then was told it would take a week to refund my money.....and they didn't have any drivers so I wasn't going to get a delivery anyhow. So now, no lunch, no money, no refund and the lady who called found my attitude amusing. I work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week and can't leave for lunch.......use the app, its easier you say.....its crapp. Michaelangelos, Fentonis, heck I will even go with Domino's now before this joke. Way to treat the local population, i can just imagine how you screw the tourists during the summertime.

Ordered food at 9 pm a hour went by then another I never received my food, then I called and asked them what happened and they kept saying it was on the way then when it hit 11pm they told me they couldn’t do nothing because they were closed.

Ordered online and was quoted 20 mins. Went in the store after about 25 mins and was told that my food wasn't quite ready yet and it would be probably two minutes. 20 mins passed so I asked a woman who was working the kitchen (because the cashier disappeared) how much longer on our order. She pulled it out within seconds from a delivery bag that was by the register. It was ready before we even got in the store. This woman didn't say anything even after I looked at my boyfriend and said wow it was ready that whole time. Just told me to sign the receipt. I never write reviews but that whole experience was infuriating.

My husband ordered pizza for carry out. Was told online 25 minutes got there and had to wait 15 more. There fryers for wings and french fries were down and we had know way of knowing when we ordered our food online. One of the workers in the back yelled in his face for ordering things that had to be fried. We did not get reimbursed for the things we ordered that were not received.
We ordered two pizza to pick up. Online said "pizzas were ready to be picked up". Upon arrival we were told they hadn't been placed in the oven, "come back in 30-45 mins". When we returned, pizzas still had not been placed in the oven. We waited and finally got them about 25 mins later. Staff was all smiles, but no one offered to take any price off pizzas. I will not return. I am certain they gave our pizzas away to a waiting customer...

Placed an order of wings, pizza and pasta and was quoted a 45 minute wait time for delivery. Ended up not receiving the pizza until about an hour and 15 minutes later. Completely understandable considering it’s July. However, we didn’t receive our wings or sauces. Called and was told the delivery driver didn’t pick them up and they could send another driver out with the wings. Once again, was fine with that. Then when our wings arrived (30 minutes later), they were extremely hot after ordering mild Buffalo wings. (I have a pretty good tolerance for heat and this got to me.) The pizza and pasta were pretty good but overall a bad experience. Wish it would have went better.

Can't rate the food, because I never got it. Ordered online and it said 20 minutes til pickup would be ready. I went in 25 minutes later, and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Once they asked for my name I told them and they sort of smirked and just said we haven't even started your order yet. When I asked how long it might they just said they had no idea. Only positive outcome is I got refunded. Never going back here again for sure.
