Karaoke is the best. 9-1. DJ Veronica is amazing. Bartenders are very attentive. Everyone is there to have fun. Sometimes the local drunks can get out of hand but, the bouncers are great.

My girlfriends and I just had a terrifying experience at this bar and did NOT feel safe. There was no signage on the door we entered the bathroom for efficiency and all of a sudden a random aggressive man was banging the door like he wanted to break it down - we were terrified to leave the restroom upon exiting the bathroom this random large aggressive man pulled the drink from my hand and harassed us until we left. He never explained who he was or why he was being so aggressive. I can’t imagine why a few girls going to the bathroom together would warrant such a ridiculous and obsessive reaction. Pathetic. The overall vibe there was also super mid. AVOID if you're a woman

By far the best bar around. They have an over the top staff from the bartenders to the bouncers. Oh, and there was this wicked talented kareoke dj that hosts karaoke 7 says a week. Kareoke can be such a scary experience but with how nice she was, it made it so much easier! I think her name is Veronica? Maybe Valerie but I think I just remebr that because it was sung that night 🤷♂️There was another bar that also happened to be doing kareoke that night and it was an absolutely horrible experience. But we found silver dollar and instantly fell in love. If I could give this place more stars and apprasil, I would 10/10! Such an amazing evexperience especially with the roof top bar and the view over the boardwalk and fireworks! We will be back to this bar everything we visit CB again!

We went to the Silver Dollar on 8,2,25 place rocked. Karaoke was a blast place was packed and bartenders kicked butt and friendly. Good 👍 times.
Bouncer took a real ID caused a lot of trouble for no reason. Terrible service and very difficult would not recommend going here just looking for a relaxing night with friends

Silver Dollar is my go to dive bar in Carolina Beach. It has every age range and locals and tourists. Fast service. The bathrooms are usually stink, but other than that it is great. The downstairs is usually more crowded for karaoke if you like that and the upstairs is more quiet and chill. Cheap drinks. Great for everyone!
