Ridiculous these corporate chains staff their stores with one child to do everything. They have enough money to at least have one on the cash register and one making sandwiches. That took too long to get a six inch sub.

I went today to pick up a few subs for my family while we’re in town. The poor lady working there was the only employee working during the lunch shift. She was trying as best she could to help customers and fulfill online orders. She was very kind even though she was overwhelmed and this wasn’t fair to her. Some customers were blasting music from their phones and some boys who came in on their bikes were cussing and rude. You need to staff more than one employee during any shift, but especially during peak meal times.

We anchored our boat in municipal marina and walked to this Subway Saturday August 17 around 4:00. A young woman was working there alone. Although she was rushed, she was very pleasant and nice. The sandwiches that she prepared were great. I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name because she deserves credit.

I come to this subway quite often because I live on the island and the last few times have been a major disappointment with service especially today the 2 women working there had no clue come on subway I’m sure you can supply better training

Came in at 8:20 with my daughter while they were making subs for 2 people and she said those were the last customers and wouldn’t make our subs. I understand if I came at 8:55 but 40 minutes until closing is ridiculous.

Made us wait in a line for 30 minutes to tell us they were out of bread while others were leaving. They could’ve told us earlier they didn’t have it and it would’ve been fine but made us wait. Truly disappointed as subway is one of my favorite spots to go to. Yall need to do better.

We order Subway often and today was the worst service ( the lady making the sandwiches) was non stop complaining and was rude to me the way I placed my order.I guess I didn't tell her in the beginning that I wanted bacon on one of the grilled chicken. My order was only 44.00 , and even if it was two dollars, no customer deserved to be treated with dispect. Also, another customer said she had a hair in her sandwich and said she threw away and ordered another one, but brought this one up to show. The woman making the sandwiches said nothing, however the young cashier told her she needed to replace the sandwich. The lady I'm complaining about had red braids all over her head.

Let me tell you something. I’ve never had a sub better than the one I had here. The young man who made my sandwhich, I believe his name was Curt. A very kind worker who worked very hard to get everyone’s orders. He was all alone on his shift and gave the greatest service he could. He is truly a hero in the service industry and deserves a raise and a promotion. In case i got his name wrong, he was working on May 11 2024 at 6 pm. He was such a great person to talk to and showed such hospitality, he made my trip to Wilmington worth it!

Stopped Sunday before going to the beach. The guy working there was great! He was there alone because of a call off, and there were several ppl waiting. He handled it professionally and apologized for our wait. Seeing a young worker handle the situation so well was positive. Cudos to him.
