Absolutely love Arby's, always have, but this one has such good atmosphere and music. The building itself is gorgeous and I absolutely love everything about this place. It's like if you combined a 50s diner, 70s and 80s music, modern food, and library like pillers together into one.

Every time I have ever come to this fast food restaurant it always takes 15 minutes to go through the drive through. Even if it’s one or two cars. The experience inside is even worse. I don’t know who owns this place , but they should definitely sell it to someone who can actually run it

Waited to be greeted for 10 minutes in a litteraly empty restaurant. No one in the drive through either. Employees seemed to not want us in the restaurant. Very awkward time to end up just leaving the place and no one

I was ignored when I walked in on 12/16/24 at 2:15 pm. Orlando had his back to me whilst scrolling through his phone. Finally he came to the register. I went in with a few bucks and scrambled to come up with enough for a meal. He said, “Well, that’s not my problem.” I asked Orlando for melted cheese to go with my meal and he said, “Sure for .85 cents”. I managed to come up with enough for that but he filled it half way. I said, “Would you please mind filling the small container up to the top”? He looked at me sarcastically and didn’t say anything. After he bagged my stuff I asked if he would give me a full cup of melted cheese. He blew me off AGAIN! I asked if it was because of me being white since he is African American and he said no. I said, “I believe you are a racist and hope you have a better day.”
That was my experience at Arby’s in Carborro in which I will NEVER be back. Worst service I have experienced in a long while!!
