I was ignored when I walked in on 12/16/24 at 2:15 pm. Orlando had his back to me whilst scrolling through his phone. Finally he came to the register. I went in with a few bucks and scrambled to come up with enough for a meal. He said, “Well, that’s not my problem.” I asked Orlando for melted cheese to go with my meal and he said, “Sure for .85 cents”. I managed to come up with enough for that but he filled it half way. I said, “Would you please mind filling the small container up to the top”? He looked at me sarcastically and didn’t say anything. After he bagged my stuff I asked if he would give me a full cup of melted cheese. He blew me off AGAIN! I asked if it was because of me being white since he is African American and he said no. I said, “I believe you are a racist and hope you have a better day.”
That was my experience at Arby’s in Carborro in which I will NEVER be back. Worst service I have experienced in a long while!!

The biggest and best memory I had from my visit at ARBY'S was the young advocate behind the counter when I arrived. His name was Nigel. It's the first time I've been in ARBY'S in two years. No reflection on your store; I just don't do fast food. He was the nicest kid, ever! I'm hitting 80 years so I don't feel bad referring to him as a kid. He was super helpful and patient. You know how befuddled us old folks get. His suggestions were right on. The Gyros were great. Smart move. You guys hired a great ambassador. Thank you!

I normally love Arby's but was disappointed with my last interaction with them. I had ordered two double beef and cheddar with no red sauce. Instead I was delivered via door dash 2 singles with extra red sauce. I called and was told to reach out to door dash or come up to store for refund. I don't have a car right now so I asked if I could come the next day and manager said no. Not sure when I'll be back.
Employees are friendly. Never had a bad experience or meal here.

In this day it's hard to find fast food people who are welcoming and nice. These guys provide that in spades. It's Arby's so the food is consistent to what you expect and the orders are correct.
Vegetarian options: Not the place to go if you are veggie. Went there for wife who is not. I are at another place.
